My wife and I went into the Bay Woman’s Health due to my wife complications. The receptionist working today were very unprofessional, dismissive and non empathetic. My wife sensed immediate attitude speaking with the receptionist as she was greeting them. We tried giving them benefit of the doubt since no one knows what anyone is going through but the disrespect continued even after leaving their establishment. In attempt to pick up medication the pharmacy stated they had not received the medication from Bay woman’s health so we called back to confirm. The receptionist answered an once my wife stated her name and why she was calling the receptionist sighed an said “I already sent it”. We informed her we had went to the pharmacy already as well as home an called after we waited sometime. She scoffs at my wife an says to call back again. We tried to call again to the pharmacy and the pharmacist had not received anything. I told my wife to call the center and ask if we can just pick it up physically an the receptionist gave some push back seemingly annoyed at this point said we can now pick up the prescription. It seemed they were more interested laughing an talking amongst each other about matching tattoos the office got together. I’ll never forget this experience an will also never go back again. Pregnancy is very serious as well as your mental health an at this health center customer experience, comfort an I can help you attitude is not priority at Bay Woman’s health in glen burnie. The nurse was fantastic as well as the doctor we seen. We felt perfect in they’re care but the receptionist are the front line an represent the face of the company.

My wife has been under the care of Dr. Hraky for all 3 of our children. The amount of care, compassion and love he has for his patients is unmatched. He is truly a gift to the medical field. His practice also comes with the greatest front office staff. They are the face of his practice and for great reason. They all help tremendously with the care of my wife and even myself. They contribute to making sure she can be relaxed and less stressed, as my wife has high risk pregnancies. This is a family practice not another bill the patient and insurance practice. They are all loving and a blessing to have in your medical team. Thank you Emily, Sharon, Jennifer, Kate, McKenzie, Lauren and Tiffany. Sorry family this will be the last baby, but we'll see you for routine maintenance lol.

This was the worst Dr. experience of my life. I’ve never experienced so much pain during a Pap smear and so much roughness.  While I was still crying During the process the doctor nor nurse even offered me a tissue! The doctor did not care neither the nurse they were so careless.  There was no sense of care, or emotion, nor empathy.  Not to mention when the nurse pulls you back to take your medical information there is no door, so people are randomly walking by and can hear all of your personal medical questions being answered.  When my appointment was over the receptionist looked at me like I didn’t belong there I had to ask when my next appointment was and no one even wrote it down for me like I had to memorize it.  I wish I never went there.  Chance at your own risk.

Communication is just terrible overall. Front desk staff is not accommodating and is very rude. Front desk will have you on hold for 30 min plus. It’s like pulling teeth trying to be seen by Dr. Stern. Called me 30 minutes prior to my appointment 12/5/22 to cancel this was an emergency appointment by the way. I shouldn’t have to go through this much just to be seen by my gynecologist. On top of all this, when I am finally seen by Dr. stern it is very RUSHED and he doesn’t explain anything as far as medications prescribed, side effects of the medications, etc. Will be dropping them ASAP. I’m very upset that I put up with this place they call a doctor's office for so long. They don’t care about their patients.

This is my favorite doctors office in the world. I love everyone here, I feel like this is my home away from home when I was expecting. Jennifer at the front desk is always so warm to me and my family, she greets us with the most gracious smile. When we leave she is sure to close the initial greeting. Sharon, Mckenzie, Tiffany and Kate have assisted in making sure my insurance issues were handled, appts made if I had to see a specialist, needed meds my insurance didn't want to pay for, etc.. Whenever I call with a question or concern, I receive an instant answer or response back. They dote on my babies like they belong to them. Emily is my Dr's MA and this girl is a godsend. She battles the prescription pharmacies for expedited shipping when they mess up, she eases my tension when I have an uncomfortable procedure to happen all the while preparing me for them. I look forward to every visit I attend, even my spouse feels like he's apart of an extended family. Sherrie is hands down the best phlebotomist. We talk about my pregnancy and the blood is drawn before you feel a pinch. Lastly, if you have the pleasure to have Dr. Hraky take it as a blessing. He is the most gentle, patient, kind soul. He goes to war for his patients to be properly taken care of. He showed up at the hospital to check on me when I was having complications even before I had a pregnancy confirmation. If I had it my way this practice would take care of all my medical needs. He evens follows up when he sends you to a specialist. You can't go wrong getting your medical care here. I absolutely love Bay Women's Health. The office is clean and organized. The girls up front are amazing. I'm a high functioning anxiety pregnant women and those girls put up with me and all my crazy questions and phone calls. They always work with me when it comes to my schedule and I love how we always crack jokes with each other. Makes the appointment so much more enjoyable. Dr Hraky will be delivering my second child, and I wouldn't want to go to anyone else. He's gentle and has they sense of clam that I surely need. Not just because of my anxiety but the other health problems I have that make me a high risk pregnancy. Only downfall I could say about this place is that it's sometimes hard to get through on the phone. But with such great doctors and staff it's sometimes expected. Thank you to the doctors and staff a Bay Women's Health for everything you do!

I love the staff at bay womens health off of hospital drive, they are always polite and respectful! I went here for my first pregnancy also and i feel the same way about them. i highly recommend this place for all pregnant moms. Dr.Hraky is the absolute best, he makes me feel so comfortable! After experiencing this specific facility i will never go anywhere else for my obgyn needs! I would give them 100 stars if i could, THE ABSOLUTE BEST is an understatement for this staff!

I can’t say enough to show how much I love Bay Womens Health. All the staff is extremely helpful and always very nice, I’m so happy I switched. Dr. Hraky is an amazing doctor, he always ask if i have any questions, makes sure I understand the answers, and that I know everything I need to know through my pregnancy. We sadly lost our baby boy Jovani 2 years ago at only 7 weeks old. It hasn’t been very easy for myself and my fiancé but Dr. Hraky makes me and him feel very comfortable. He makes sure I stay calm and don’t stress myself out. That alone shows how much he and his staff truly care about their patients. I couldn’t ask for a better OBGYN, thank you very much to the staff and of course, thank you Dr. Hraky.

Leaving a review as I’m a current patient now. 5 months ago, I had my first miscarriage that was treated by another physician. My husband and I didn’t get the empathy and care we know we deserve. After word of mouth, I found Dr. Popkin. He literally took us under his wing, explained everything that could have happened, and encouraged us to not give up, take our time, and he’s certain we can get pregnant again. After seeing a positive home pregnancy test, we immediately came back to Dr. Popkin and he’s been on top of all of our questions and concerns thus far. I haven’t delivered yet, but every appt., ultrasound Laura is the best! I love when she sees us and is excited to see our little peanut even our phlebotomist getting our blood drawn, we see smiling faces, every, time! The back office staff at least  Calling the office can be cumbersome at times, but they do answer and leave me on hold often and for some time. But I never put the phone down without having a scheduled appt. They are always able to get me in with a reasonable time. I just tell myself, they are a busy practice and are getting to everyone as the calls come in. And yes, I will agree with the other reviewers on the front desk staff not being as cheery or friendly upon walking in. In regards to that, I just take it with a grain of salt and am happy they are there to still assist and keep the office moving.
