It was a very great experience, because I used to take my kids their,it brought back great memories.also if you need a roof put on .call us we get it done in 4 days.
Still clean well-maintained, nice AC and plenty of parking space.
It's been years since I've been to this mall, but I noticed it's not as busy as it used to be. In fact, some of the stores were either closed or in the process of closing down. The stores I tend to shop at are still open like Tokyo, and Spencer's which is why I'm giving this review a 5 stars. Of course, the food court places are still open.
Could have more shoe stores with different kind or shoes but the rest is good
Its starting to look and feel like the Hawthorne mall before it closed down. How ever there's less things for teen to get i. Trouble with. So thats good don't want what happen in Torrance to happen at south bay
It's been many years since I visited this mall and I was surprised at how much it's changed. Since Nordstrom moved out seems Kohls and Macy's have become the anchor stores. There are a lot more "play" places, what looks like laser tag and a virtual reality spot. Granted it was a weekday but it seemed pretty empty, especially given it is summer. Sad to see.
One of the most unique malls in LA. It has so many interesting stores. I really want to go back, a lot of places for kids to play, even grown ups. It's a mall you could treat as a theme park.
The last time I came here, I ordered nachos from some smirky, judgmental teens. I believe this is when I went to see Avatar with my boyfriend. I noticed the nachos were really cold and there was a piece of hair in my nachos…the chips were stale and they were disrespectful. However, they didn’t complain when my boyfriend went back for a refund on the nachos. I won’t be going to this mall for a long time just because of the ghettoness inside. In other words, the workers are very snobby and will express their feelings about anything without a problem which, in this case, is unnecessary. I haven’t been to this mall in months for this reason and don’t plan to return. However, in the past, this mall was pretty decent. It’s a big mall but there are so many things that it’s just not spacious. There are always troublesome teens and ghetto adults in this place. I really love one of the little convenient stores though.
We just went to the movies there. We didn't do any shopping on this visit. I just noticed many stores had closed and the ceiling was exposed on the 3rd level near the AMC Theatres. They probably had water damage from the recent rain storms. Still a nice mall to visit.
Pretty much everything you need is here. Typical food court items Well kept, overall very clean. Location is great!
