Just started working for bayada this week and still I have to call the company to figure out a schedule which I have already written to them, very unorganized, never calls back, and the manager seems to think that she can treat her workers like children mind you I'm a HHA and have been since 08. Not respecting my time and value and a person very rude and unprofessional to hang up on your worker when they are tell you why they are not actually communicating with one another it's always lies that somebody called you when they didn't. This is why companys like this end up failing. They lie and never call back when they are supposed to communicate with each other. I tried giving my two week notice and Adriana told me to calm down and talk to her when I'm ready and hung up the phone, you had me mistaken for a kid which I'm not . So there for, this is my notice which I don't even have a schedule and I'm quitting I didn't sell my soul to anyone especially Adriana. Communication is the key work on that before giving anyone who actually wants to work attude. That was just uncalled for.
Bayada Home Health Care has been my employer since March 2014. I am treated with respect, given up to full-time hours when employment is available. Office staff is highly responsive on the phone, or when walking into the office. I had the pleasure of serving one client for 2.5 years - family involved was pleased with service provided by caregivers.
Excellent experience with Byada from the first phone call. Staff genuinely seemed to care and listen to what our needs were. When we ran into issues they responded immediately and took us seriously. I would definitely use Bayada again if I needed Care for a loved one.
I’ve worked for this company for almost 2 years and have not had a great experience. Adrienne Smolik is a nightmare to work with. Constantly dropping the ball and I have to constantly beg them and wait weeeeeks to get paid. It’s ridiculous and illegal! I love my client dearly but I simply cannot deal with this agency and especially Adrienne anymore! She’s the worst one there. Her attitude is horrible and extremely unprofessional and she’s very incompetent. I went to the office on my lunch break to hand iher my time sheets IN HAND and she still dropped the ball and I didn’t get paid. Unreal. Know who your service manager really is. Avoid her at all cost! Done with them. #FEDUP.
I’ve been using Bayada for almost a year to help with my husband’s personal care and lifting him from wheelchair to bed and back. The aides are all wonderful , kind and thorough. I’ve found Bayada to be responsive to our schedule. We are very happy with our services.
The worst home health aide service provider ever! They are such a chore to deal with. Lack of coordination and management and poor or not enough training of their aides which leave more problems than solutions for families trying to care for elderly parents. They'll leave you stranded with nothing but a "oh I'm so sorry" They just suck!
This is a very unorganized company that does not care about if you receive good hours or if it's a good fit. Their communications suck some of the staff are rude and they never respond to your concerns. If your searching for employment do not consider this company at all since I moved from partners.
