We offer many different exercise classes for all ages.
Our instructors are excited about our exercise classes and are ready to pass the excitement on to our students! We have four instructors in the evening and three in the morning ready to help meet your fitness goals. We offer classes in weight lifting, aerobics, body pump, kickboxing, yoga, toning, cardio and circuit. Mainly, we just get together and have fun getting healthy! Our goal is to inspire you to adjust your outlook on fitness as not only a weight loss goal but a complete lifestyle change.
