I was admitted into the 3-north unit on 4/21 and was discharged on 4/27. I was in a lot of abdominal pain and had to undergo a Lysis of adhesion procedure during my stay, just as anyone else’s visit to a hospital you’re there for a unpleasant reason. The staff here made my visit as comfortable as possible and made me feel as at home as they could. They were tentative to all my needs, informative on any questions or concerns my family had , and rapid to respond when I pushed that little red button on the remote control. If I had a issue they took care of it. They treated me like family , when I couldn’t be home with my family. Dr Nguyen and his team were amazing handling my operation. As for my everyday/night care team Tracy, Tamara, Danielle, Lisa , Jesus, Hope ,dawn, and mark. They treated me amazing. They are truly a bunch of humbling, caring , knowledgeable, hardworking professionals that truly do a amazing job. Even the amazing cleaning staff staying on top of their routines and ask if everything’s ok and if I needed anything. Just Good people that give a hospital a good reputation. Hopefully I don’t have to go back but if I do I know I’ll be taken care of the right way.
This is mom: I want to thank three north, I was escorted to room 317 with a lot of careful and quality care. I appreciate it the staff and the emergency room who embrace me and the doctor that was assigned to me who was able to pinpoint the exact nature of my illness. I am grateful to this hospital: when it came to medical service when it came to the medical services , the entire nursing staff on this ward 3 N was exceptionally professional. I want to thank the administration staff for the outstanding performance to management that has trickle down to the staff member as well as the steam doctors I want to thank the welcoming staff Mark we we’re sitting down and giving me such a good counsel. Amazing experience, they took amazing care of me and helped me during difficult health times. I want to thank Dr. Daniel K Yu who immediately took care of my infection and took action and started me on a stronger antibiotic and admitted me to the hospital so I can get surgery the very next morning. I am very grateful for Dr. Yu because if my infection was left untreated things couldn’t went bad. They very next morning I met my surgeon Dr. Khalil who did an amazing job although I had an infection. I woke up amazing and in no pain. She was si compassionate and caring. I had an amazing experience in this hospital, everyone is very caring in here. Thank you to my nurses ANDREA FOUNDOULAKIS and Danielle who made sure I was okay during my stay ! Grateful and thankful
The hospitality here is wonderful! I stayed on 3 north after my surgery in which the nurses were attentive and thorough. I will definitely be bringing them gifts!! The hospital overall is straightforward in a good way, also the staff in the departments I’ve experienced communicate very well and really stay on top if things,Lastly I am greatly appreciative of the Bayshore Medical Center Team!!!
I was Rushed to ICU by a quick responding Friday late imagining.staff. There were very attentive to medical needs. It was my first time ever in need of ICU care. All the nurses was extremely caring attentive and helpful. The many speciality Doctors and patient care staff was assuring and went beyond any question I had with comprehensible answers. I can not thank them enough, and although after a quick week stay and waiting for test results I feel confident and comfortable to wait home for answers. Thank you again!
I must say hospital experiences are always daunting and lack luster. However, my experience at Bayshore Medical Center in the Emergency room and 2 North, has got to be by far my best experience ever. From service to caring to even food you cannot be in a better place than at Bayshore. The staff is extremely caring to everyone of your needs. The food is like a well driven diner with a menu and placing your order. The hospital cleanliness is a 10/10. Please trust this review as this is a true experience. Steven, was amazing. He lead the way and lit the path for Hannah, Alexis, Chris and all my other round the clock nurses. Every shift change they had a meeting with you to understand the plan. Every nurse knew what was going on with you AT ALL TIMES. I would especially like to thank each and everyone of the nursing staff and patient care techs for the kindest care I've ever gotten and well wishes for me to get home. Thank you for reading this. I was a patient on 3N, and the staff I had was amazing. I would like to give a special shout out to my night shift nurse Jackie she was caring, attentive, you could really see she cared about the patient and wanted me to feel comfortable as I could be being in the hospital. Everyone was super helpful and answered all my questions about my plan of care!
I came in on an emergency basis and was treated with amazing care from the moment I got in. The staff has been super friendly and helpful throughout my entire visit. I unfortunately had to have emergency surgery but thankfully Dr. Fischer was on call because she is an angel! She walked me through everything and made me feel at ease with something that was super uncomfortable. The surgical staff was incredible as well and literally held my hand throughout the entire experience since I was so upset about everything. All of the doctors, nurses, and staff here have incredible bed side matter and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Thank you to everyone at Bayshore for taking care of me and showing me that there are such amazing people in the world who truly care about their patients!
I stayed on 3 North for two nights this past week and I cannot say enough about the facility and the staff. It was clean, up to date and the staff was phenomenal. Laurys and Claudia were my nurses and they were so wonderful. They made me feel like I was their only patient. Everyone from the aides to the food service staff were excellent.
Had a great experience with the staff on 3N. Especially the nurse Rania, she went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. Huge thank you to Mark, patient advocate, I don't think anyone could ever do your job better than you. Thank you for the tips and journal to start this new journey in my life.
