The business is family owned and operated, I love that and they are a local part of the community! Simply the best place for all my dry cleaning needs and they have expertly cleaned hundreds of dresses for me over the years....I'm never disappointed! Their free pick up and delivery is so convenient with my busy schedule oh and they also have the most lovely employees working the front! High quality! Customer first attitude! Quick! You drop off your clothing; greeted by a friendly employee who always remembers your name. Your order is ready in a day or two; even SAME DAY if requested early enough. You can request a call when your order is ready; they gladly provide updates. They are more than happy to help you out to your car. The employees are lovely. They genuinely care about you and even your family, which makes sense since it’s a family owned and operated business. A bit pricey, but in line with the exceptional quality of work. The owner himself does final inspections on all your garments before they are given to you. I appreciate this extra attention to detail. They double check your clothes when you pick them up. There is plenty of parking right out front which makes dropping off and picking up your clothes simple. I’ve been a customer of Bayside Cleaners for years and love that they have maintained their consistency in quality and service for all these years!

I purchased a very expensive beautiful dress online from a designer store's website and was heartbroken when the white silk dress arrived completely ridden with stains. It was as if someone took the dress and dragged it across a dirty floor. It was the last one in my size and I was way too attached it was purchased for my bridal shower so returning it was not an option. I took it to Bayside Cleaners and they worked absolute magic. They inspected the dress while I was there to make sure they could find every single stain and mark it with a small sticker and trust me, there were a lot. You would have NO idea there were ever even stains in the first place. They did such an amazing job, the dress looks BRAND SPANKING NEW. This is the best cleaners I've ever had! They are prompt in their delivery, excellent service with any questions, the staff who delivers my clothes are pleasant, professional, and concerned. Try them and you'll love them. The staff behind the register is always friendly and accommodating. The employees do an excellent job on my clothing. This place is worth every penny -- I saw someone else comment that they are "miracle workers" and I cannot think of a more apt description. Beyond the extreme care and respect for garments and home items both expensive and cheap, old and new, it is undoubtedly the incredible customer service that makes me truly sing their praises. A particular shout-out for the delivery staff for graciously arranging pick-up and delivery times specific to me and my ever-changing schedule! You guys are the best :

They purposefully will not tell you their prices because the know they are the MOST EXPENSIVE dry cleaners you’ll ever go to. $20 for a shirt. Other dry cleaners only a few mins drive away are $4 a shirt. They also don’t post prices on their website. High prices are not an issue alone, but purposefully hiding them is

$17+ just to dry clean basic white work-slacks. Too many other dry-cleaners around to make it worth the cost. I’m sure this place is great, but so is everyone else for half the price.
