My husband had an appointment at 4pm today to get his teeth cleaned. He was on time for the appointment. They called him in at 4:26. Then they said, “We don’t have enough time today to clean your teeth. It takes an hour. You’ll have to reschedule.” This is unbelievable. But true.
Dr. Cioccia and his team are incredible and always prompt. Melissa is always so friendly and ensuring I am scheduled around my hectic life and needs for important dental appointments!
The doctor was attentive and knowledgeable, I trust his expertise. The hygienist was the best It was a pleasant experience. Thank you Baystate
I love the care I receive from the hygienist, Lori Newman. She's a pro....competent, experienced, organized, and sociable. The office people are friendly and attentive and the area is clean but free of any reading material. Their reminders are decent but I've received notices asking me to update my info, which hadn't changed. I called the office to inquire about whether that was necessary and was told that the system automatically sends those requests and that I could ignore it. That doesn't make sense.
I have had not so great experiences at other Baystate Dental offices, but I drive almost an hour to have my appointments at North Hampton. From the moment they pick up the phone, to checking out with Nicole, the service is fast, friendly and professional. I have always felt comfortable with all the hygienists and today I had the pleasure of meeting Jane. I loved her energy and she put me at ease. She partnered so well with Dr. Cioccia. I finally feel like I have a team I can trust with my dental care and it is worth the trip. My husband has now even switched to this office.
I'm very happy with the service Baystate Dental provides! I have TMJ and opening my jaw isn't always easy but the staff here is really accommodating and kind. I'd say if you're looking for a new dentist try them out!
I needed prompt dental work on a tooth I believed would need to be removed, got an appointment very quickly, and Dr. Cioccia was able to do a root canal instead of extraction. Mikayla was welcoming, very efficient, and very knowledgeable about every step of the process
Everyone was so nice and pleasant . My appointment was right on schedule and the hygienist was very professional
Dr. Cioccia and his assistant Mikayla are so wonderful. Mikayla has a lovely bright and cheerful disposition. While I am not one to be worried or nervous at the dentist, she makes it a point to explain and let you know what you can expect as the processes go along. With her positive bedside manner, I can see her as an asset to anyone who may have reservations to dental work. Dr. Cioccia is very kind, personable, talented and dedicated to giving you the best outcome to preserve and care for your smile. I’ve always had a positive experience here. Thank you Baystate Dental.
