"Non-accountanty accountants" was how Jess and the BBA team were described to me, and that's definitely held true. Consummate professionals but with the ability to make -- what I see as; they would probably disagree -- labyrinthine tax affairs easy to understand. Leaving my financial affairs in Jess' hands helps me sleep better at night, and ultimately, that's what it's all about. Five stars.
Patrick explains things in layman language so that can be easily understood by a person coming from a non-accounting background. With a great sense of humor, he makes everything easy and light. Anybody can be an accountant, Patrick goes above and beyond the expectation and provides exceptional customer service.
Accountants with a sense of humour who value every financial question you have, no matter how stupid you may think it might be!
