Booking customer service representative Yvette Mcullum was very patience and took the time to help me figure out flight arrangements today. She was very determine to help and had a passion for guiding me through booking process. She is great to speak with if in need of help.

Two international flights canceled due to their incompetence. Credit cards work fine, just they don't monitor and ensure travel plans are fulfilled. Will avoid in the future.

Garbage. I used their callback feature, received a call an hour later and they hung up. Called back and was told it was now after hours and there would be an extra fee.

Flight cancelled . The number to BCD travel is buried deep in the WWW. “ATL “ office will not answer their phone multiple tries and web chat available. Was not alerted to flight canellation. Currently on hold with Pittsburg .

Update: BCD is still complete garbage, most of their employees have no business working in a time sensitive job that requires attention to detail and accuracy. They will make your life horrible and full of stress. Original: Beyond horrible. Migraine inducing.

Quick and hassle free. Excellent service in comparison to other companies used. Would highly recommend them to any one with corporate travel needs.
