One of the best furniture stores hidden in the San Bernardino area. We’ve got our bedroom set here, kitchen table and living room for reasonable pricing. David was very helpful and showed us all the variety even on the magazines. They have same furniture that Mors, Ashley’s and Living Spaces carry and even more don’t be fooled by the showroom only ask for the catalogs if you’re not satisfied. Coming back to get the kids bedrooms sets.

Do Not trust !!! I have videos from my indoor and outdoor cameras. Employee sent to our home to repair expensive furniture he put WD 40 on furniture after taking our money said only accepted cash. Then wipe furniture with car solution and said in 3 days would return to repair. Now we call on phone male says owner never there call the police if we need to ? Don't trust these people. AT ALL !! Came here because of the good reviews I saw online and was not disappointed. Got to see everything on display but ordered furniture instead because I was looking for something specific. Everything came in so fast and very good quality! So happy with the bed frame, dresser, and night stands. Got a great deal on them plus a great deal on a mattress! Highly recommend going to this hidden gem in san bernardino! Everyone who works here is so helpful and informative of the items. Will be coming back in the future for whatever I may need !

Horrible service. My husband and I went in October 2015 and bought a sectional couch a dresser and a dining table. I was pregnant at the time so the dresser was going to be for my baby's clothes. We had them keep it on layaway because we were planning to move out but haven't found a place yet and we got it through financing. We went back to pick up the dresser in December because I was due on January and we still haven't found a place. We told David we are ONLY picking up the dresser. So that was that. Now it's April 2016 we found a place and we went down to tell them to deliver to our new address. They couldn't find my information for like 30min they were going in circles and telling me through my receipt that I haven't paid for my furniture when it actually said I didn't make a down payment because I didn't. It turns out that they filed that I picked up everything. All of my furniture not just the dresser when we specifically told David we were just picking up the dresser. He then said he would call me Monday to say what time they were going to be delivered Tuesday. No call. We called late Monday and they said they call back. And again no call. I called Tuesday again and they said delivery was at 7. They delivered by 6 but they went to the wrong address because David didn't give them the new one. Luckily it was my moms house so she called my husband. So unorganized. Don't come here. Worst experience .

I had a great experience here. Good service from David, they came delivered and set up bunk beds. Great customer service and big variety of furniture, we will continue our shopping here and recommend future buyers to shop as well.

We have been buying furniture at BCS for almost 20 years. We have purchased furniture and bedding for our home, for our families and for our many rental properties in Big Bear Lake. The owner have always been fair and the quality of the products are very good. I am sad to see bad reviews for this store, because after hundreds of purchases, I know that I have seen almost every circumstance and I have no complaints. We made a purchase today of two beds and we will be buying more in the near future from this top furniture store.

I just bought a bed here the other day!! The place has been around over 25 years!! They give pretty good deals and have very nice furniture!! There is a lot to choose from and all kinds of styles! The owners are so nice and friendly! I would recommend buying furniture here!! I can't wait for my bed to come!!!

Has outstanding prices and the employees are very helpful. Me and 2 of my friends have came through here and spent money on bedroom sets couches and entertainment centers. Come through and get your home furniture from BCS furniture!!!

Went here to find a bedroom set for our move. Ended up with a bedroom set and couches. Chris was real nice explaining everything to us about the furniture. If something wasn't in stock he went beyond and tired to find something similar to it. Will be back again.
