Terrible employees. Kids standing around socializing while we waiting to be seated and served. Zero work ethic. The worst wings ever. Literally inedible. Dry, shriveled with less meat than my pet parakeet. A place with Buffalo wings in their name and serving food like this is embarrassing. The burger was better than the wings. I feel completely ripped off and will never go back. I suggest everyone else do the same.

Just moved to the area this year. Been here couple of times service has been horrible in the past. This time Freddy killed it with his service, energy, charisma. From the moment we got here nothing but full attention. Great job Freddy keep up the good work hopefully you can become a trainer or manager. Cause your exactly what this place needs. Will definitely come to see you. Anyone that comes here ask for Freddy . Kid-friendliness: Every time I come here our server makes our kid cry. Freddy is super kid friendly

I almost wanted to give 4 stars. When I went, it was to try the cheese curd burger. I was SO excited for it. We werent told that they were out of burgers until after drinks and appetizers were ordered. Supposedly we were supposed to be told when we walked in, and if we were, we wouldve gone somewhere else as 3/4 of our group wanted a burger. The place is nice, big tvs everywhere. Its clean and nicely decorated. All the staff was nice. A little disappointed that we werent told about the burgers. But othee than that good service. The food was absolutely delicious. Thats why im still giving 5 stars. Everyone who wanted a burger ended up getting a chicken sandwhich. And they were tasty. I was surprised by how good the fries were. The only negative here was that they brought out half the groups food first and then another 10 minutes later brought out the rest. That was pretty rough as we were all hungry. But again, food was so good that I cant take a star off.

Always liked going to places like this. It was fun being there but the food took a long time. Took us about 40 minutes to get the food but it’s understandable. In the end the food was ok.

I recently went in to pick up an order I placed online. Upon arriving at the counter 6 different employees came by the register but not 1 not even the manager acknowledged my presence. I'm a Gen Xer, so I thought it would be appropriate for any of them to look at me, smile, say Welcome to Buffalo Wild Wings, I'll be right with you. But nope, didn't happen for me or any of the other 8 people there picking up orders. While I was waiting for my order, I observed the associate Keira being wildly annoyed by anyone she had to interact with while she chomped on her gum. A family came in to dine and she never once said hello or gave a greeting she just went into are you dining in, high top or low top again while chomping on gum. When my order was finally ready, I checked to make sure it was right. My wing order had the incorrect sauces. Keira told me because I placed it online there was nothing she could do. When I placed the order online, I selected 3 sauces so I'm not sure why I didn't get 3 let alone any of the correct ones I selected. I was able to get the attention of a different girl who at least gave me a small side cup of the correct sauce. I understand that restaurants get busy, I mean after all the dining room was empty and they had 8 customers, but I do believe there should be some baseline customer service or basic manners in play. If that isn't important to you, then just skim over that part of this review. Regarding the food, the sauces on the wings weren't right, the side sauces weren't right, the appetizer portions of curds and onion rings looked more like side orders, the food was cold and mediocre at best. So, if you don't mind bad service and low-rate food, then this is a 5-star establishment. If either of those things are somewhat important to you, then I would suggest seeking an alternative. Either case, I suggest Keira get some basic customer service training and throw her gum in the trash.

9/10/22 Update - Service has been better, menu has been updated. Thank you for the changes. UPDATE: slowest service ever. One hour later, cold garlic bread, cold black bean burger. I doubt we ever come back for food. Place is as good as any other Buffalo Wild Wings but the service is always slow. Liquor is great just like any other sports bar.

I have done quite a few pick up orders at this location and everytime I have a bit of a wait even when its not busy, Noone will be at the counter and other staff ignores me. And they are not friendly at all. I prefer to go somewhere that has a lot better customer service. With my social anxiety it helps when people are much more friendly, i get people have a bad day or hate their job but this comes with the job. It's very weird for me to be extra friendlier than the staff. Other than that their food is good, they just made the sauce cups smaller for takeout.

They said 10 to 15 minutes for a take-out order. 35-minutes later, here I am standing still waiting for my order. The restaurant is empty and nobody is picking up any orders. I have no clue what the cooks are doing back there. This is not good.

We were here for a school fundraiser night Lived the mini chicken tacos as an appetizer. I had a chicken salad and husband had a burger. Great experience. the tacos came in a set of 3 but by the time I remembered the picture two of them already devoured.

My experience when ordering takeout: I was given 5 boneless wings after I ordered 10. Also, the sauce that was in the wings was very hot when I ordered Honey Bbq possibly a mix-up in packaging pick-up orders. I was disappointed in experiencing this especially since I have a sensitive stomach and spicy foods cause me to feel ill. Fried pickles were delicious, I am glad I ate them before I tried my wings and got a really bad stomach ache from eating spicy wings
