I always love coming here the facility is beautiful and modern, the staff are very friendly! Ann and Ricky did my services today and were absolutely fantastic. I got a brow wax, acrylics on my fingers with a gel manicure and pedicure and I could not be happier!!! :Services: Acrylic nails

First time getting my nails done, they look so cute and it didn’t take very long

I try to use this salon whenever I am in town. This time, I made an appointment for 10:00 a.m. thinking it might not be too busy. Three staff members were in, and I sill waited 45 minutes and was told I have would have to wait longer. I get that they do good work and they do, but what is the purpose of making an appointment if a person who came in 20 minutes after I did got service within a few minutes and I was still left waiting? I could not wait any longer so had to leave. Disappointing and I will have to find a new place.Service: Pedicure

Stopped in yesterday and got appts for two pedicures at 10:00 today. When we went this morning, it took a while for a tech to work on my pedicure. They seated my husband in the next station and turned on the water. For the entire time that I was getting my pedicure, no one came to work on him. He essentially wasted about an hour and left without getting a pedicure. Not sure why they bother giving appts if they don’t honor it.

I want to start off by saying Ally did my nails and she was great and very apologetic - so if you are going to come here try to get her. That said, I booked an appointment for two dip manicures with tips, one to be ombré with Koit for 11am. I called the week of the appointment to confirm. We show up a few minutes before the appointment and we’re told to write on names on the sheet so we did. My mom went back first at about 11:15 with Dan. She wanted a square shape and he told her that was not possible again appointment was scheduled with tips and it was written on the sheet AND he put 3 tips on so not sure how it “wasn’t possible”. She asked about the dip looking like a ball on her nail because he did not shave it down at the very end and was again told it was not possible to fix. I was taken back at about 11:45 not by Koit even though he was there and I had an appointment with him at 11. Ally informed me she wasn’t able to do ombre not a big deal I’d rather her be honest although I was annoyed I had booked and confirmed ombré and wasn’t able to get it. My mom finishes very quickly and comes and sits by me, she didn’t get a manicure even though it was booked for one and it was written on the paper. Her cuticles looked terrible and her nails were jagged. Macy I believe this was her name was kind enough to take care of my mom’s cuticles while my nails were being completed. Dan came over and asked her what she was doing and tried to make the situation uncomfortable for us. My mom will now have to go elsewhere to have Dan’s botched work fixed. I will certainly never be returning here nor could I recommend it to anyone - appointment times no where near being honored and service received aside from Ally was rushed and performed poorly.Services: Dip powder

Today was my first time patronizing this salon and I must say it that the employees acknowledged/greeted me as I entered their establishment. The salon is nice bright and clean. As I chose my polish and was informed to sit at Station #1 when ready. To my surprise a male technician by the name of Andy greets me and has a seat. Typically, I am skeptical of male nail technicians; because in my opinion they're work is sloppy. But not Andy; I was proven wrong to say the least. Andy was very conversational/friendly and had great attention to detail. Now Andy has a new client in me and he deserves 5 stars. Be Pampered Nail and Spa as a business gets mainly because you must spend $40 in order to receive a "Complimentary glass of wine" the only other beverage there's to offer is a bottle of water. Any where else you're offered: water/lemonade/tea/Pepsi or Coke product etc. If Be Pampered Nail Spa makes that small change they'll definitely get the 5 stars they deserve.

First visit: Was a bachelorette party, bride and myself was doing pedi and mani while the rest did a mani. Took bride 4 hours in total which is insane... and the nail tech didn't do it correctly. Had to get some of it correctly before leaving. Second visit: Did pedi with the same bride. Nail tech Dan was amazing. Highly recommend, respectful and tentive when necessary. Once we go again I want him to do it again.

I went in looking for a specific style the style was not available but Lisa was very helpful and suggesting a foil on top of a gel that was better than what I had expected definitely steps outside of the box

I get pedicures at Be Pampered about 6-8 times a year and always enjoy my experience. Even when they are busy they try to help everyone. I have seen Dan the last three visits and he is wonderful! My toes and feet always look and feel great. They have a new line of scented lotion and scrubs to choose from that smell lovely. Getting a pedi means also getting an enjoyable massage from the chairs. I will continue going back to Be Pampered.Service: Pedicure
