About - Graduate of Muskingum University holding majors in both Physical Education and Health Education.

- Personal Trainer since my college graduation in May of 2012.

Services - In home Personal Training - Let the gym come to you! I have all of the equipment needed for our session and we train in the convenience of your own home or garage! No time wasted driving for you, nobody staring or judging, no interruptions from other clients or coworkers - all of the focus is on YOU and your specific goals. I offer both 30 and 60 minute sessions. Included is a complimentary initial assessment to go over exercise history, nutrition habits, health history, and your goals.
- Online Personalized Programming - No more guesswork or merely going through the motions in your workout. I send you a questionnaire and based upon that and your goals, I map out the following 4 weeks for you. This is sent in Microsoft Excel format and includes reps, sets, rest, tempo, order of exercises, and a description of each movement. You will have constant access to me via email throughout the process to ensure you get the results you are looking for.
- Grocery Store Tour - Nutrition is a vital aspect to success in any fitness routine. To help ensure each client is set up for success, I schedule a 1-hour grocery store tour where we talk about various aspects of nutrition and ways you can shape up your diet. This is all done completely free of charge to anyone who purchases any form of in home training! *Note - I am not a registered dietician and only give nutrional advice pertaining to the diet and lifestyle that I choose to live. As with any change to one's diet or exercise routine, a consultation with your doctor is advised.
