This location is top notch. Brooke runs a tight ship and gets you in and out quickly. I’ve had poor experiences at other jiffy lubes in the past and have been hesitant to come back. After this experience with Brooke and her team you can say I’ll definitely be back!Services:&nbsp;Wheel alignment

I usually have good experiences at Jiffy Lube but this specific location hasn't been a positive experience. Most Jiffy Lubes will immediately come out to your car when you pull up to the garage. Twice now I've had to wait more than 10 to 15 minutes before park my car to go find someone, and let them know I need to be helped.

I’ve been going to this specific Jiffy lube for over 3 years. Brooke the manager is not honest about their prices. I presented a coupon for an oil change and they increased the price just to tell me they gave me the discount. I also waited over 2 hours and I never received a call that my vehicle was ready. I had to call and see if it was ready. Completely unprofessional and uncommunicative. I Will never go there again.Service:&nbsp;Oil change

Every time we try to use this location with our fleet there is an issues where they can not complete the work. For example the last three emissions we have taken to this location. We waited multiple hours with no communication only for us to follow up and them to inform us that there is no one that can run there machine or there machine is under maintenance will not use this location again

If you want anything done right, you have to do it yourself.  I’m normally DIY when it comes to fixing up my car, but this time I decided to take it to the mechanic to save myself some hassle. So I came in for an oil change and brake replacement, my mistake.  Multiple problems:  1 They told me it would take about 2 hours for oil and brakes. It ended up taking 5 hours.  2 The waiting room was freezing cold. I was shivering the entire 5 hours.  3 When I finally got my car back, there were grease/oil smudges on both front seats, both front inside door handles, the steering wheel, the shifter, and the center console.  Edit: It’s been a day since my service, and now I’ve got 2 new problems:  1 My car now has a deep rumble that wasn’t there before. This can be caused by having the wrong oil and/or the wrong oil filter. This is VERY BAD for a car.  2 My car now shakes on the freeway. It did not before. This is likely because they incorrectly balanced my tires, which they did as an extra.  I’m going back to get a refund and make them fix these problems.Services:&nbsp;Oil change

FYI: the DMV no longer sends out reminder cards in the mail. Went in during lunch time for my cars emission and they said it would be about 45 minutes. It only took 35! Great service! Got my renewal done here too.

These guys are awesome man spur the moment I called them it was 10 minutes before clothes I just bought in the vehicle I needed safety inspections done they told me head on over as long as I was there before they closed they could help me out one minute before close, when I arrived,  they pulled my car in and got it done. They had a nice waiting area for me and my kids to wait  Inside enjoy some hot Cocoa while they completed the job!

The team was friendly and willing to walk me through their recommendations. They also made sure that I was taken care of. I also appreciate their thinking outside the box and reaching out partners when equipment failed to ensure my services were completed. They were busy that day, which is good for business, but made for delays in communication about the progress of my services. Overall it was a good experience for first time use of this business.Services:&nbsp;Oil change
