I had never tried barre before coming to Beach Barre Body. I've discovered that it is great exercise to complement running, swimming, cycling, even yoga. I try to get to the studio whenever I am in town. The studio is a tranquil, beautiful and comfortable space. Instructors are great, each with a different style. To date, I have taken a dozen or so classes and have enjoyed the variety of instructors. After each class, without fail, I feel great - stretched, more flexible with a little burn. I highly recommend Beach Barre Body!!
I discovered this barre studio as I was searching for fitness options at the beach! As a first timer to barre I was surprised how much I noticed the shaping and toning after a few classes. It really works all the little muscles that you notice in a tank top, dress, and bathing suit. Love that and I'm so glad I found this studio. There are a lot of instructors--- all excellent and provide a different style to their class. I like that variety and it keeps it fresh. The environment is inviting and friendly and overall you just feel accomplished leaving the class. My husband started joining me for the class which is great that we can go together. We both highly recommend this studio!
Beach Barre Body is awesome! As a Barre novice, I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable I felt in the studio. The instructors were great about checking form, giving variations, and being incredibly encouraging. The studio itself is lovely; clean and elegant, and the staff is super friendly. All in all, a wonderful place and a great experience, I will definitely be back!
I highly recommend Beach Barre Body for anyone who Is looking for a challenging barre class in the area. I had 2 different instructors and they were both very informative. They gave variations to make the class more or less challenging depending on your fitness level. The atmosphere is also very beachy, clean and inviting. It was a great experience!!!
Beach barre body in Bethany is Amazing! The instructors are awesome, the classes follow the barre concept but change it up weekly, you get a full body work that is both challenging and fun. It has been a great addition to Bethany and the owner Sue is extremely accommodating and helpful.
Outstanding barre facility! I highly recommend the barre classes taught by outstanding instructors with an attention to detail. The sculpting workouts include plenty of stretching while strengthening our core, arms and legs. I've also enjoyed the new friendships I've made there, as it keeps me motivated !
I have been attending classes here all summer and I love this studio. I was new to barre but it is a really fun way to work all the muscle groups. All the teachers are good and no two classes are the same. Good for all age groups; my daughter likes it as much as I do.
The VIBE at the studio is contagious! This is the only work out class I don’t dread going to and truly get bummed when I miss! The instructors are diverse and the studio is super fresh and clean...it’s a must try, your body deserves it! #feeltheburnwithbarre
I didn't even get in the door and they were already rude. I was considering going and was discussing with my friends. The women opened the door and rudely said I was standing in the way. No way to treat a potential customer. Never going.
