Charlotte is one of the most caring considerate groomers I have ever met. She truly cares about every animal who comes through her door. She has found health problems on animals who come to her for grooming that even the owners did not notice and made them aware so they could get them to the vet right away. Some of the Veterinarians have called to even thank her for being so thorough. Charlotte get's referrals from veterinarians all over Jacksonville for grooming. I would not trust my babies with anyone else. My babies love her and we can see her out and they go nuts to give her love. I would recommend her services to anyone with full confidence that they will be extremely happy and their fur baby will be very well taken care of and loved while in her care. After, she grooms my babies I have stopped at various places and people go absolutely nuts when they see my dogs asking ,"wow who grooms you dogs"? Charlotte is a wonderful person on top of being a great groomer, she works very hard and her husband James works with her and is the one who bathes the animals, answers phone while charlotte is the groomer. Charlotte & James make an awesome team together. If you call leave message for they are busy and if they have a dog in the tub or on the table they do not answer the phone but they will return your call before end of day. Services are by appointments only because they are normally booked 1 to 2 weeks out. Thank you both for taking care of my babies.

Charlotte goes out of her way to make sure every animal is treated lovingly and really cares about every animal and the cut she provides; I have been going for years. She truly does aim to please and always does an A++ job. She has a very kind disposition with the animals, which makes it very obvious to see, that she is very sincere!

Charlotte is friendly and professional. She takes excellent care of the animals she grooms and my dog is always happy when she leaves there. But be sure to make an appointment. She likes to focus on each animal as long as she promised.

Do not bring your pet here for a groom. It seems the new people Charlotte has hired have no clue what they're doing. My dog Gibson came in for a routine groom and ended up having to get his tail amputated because the groomer who looked and sounded like she was messed up on something got his tail stuck in a dremel. Go somewhere else for the sake of your pets. After two years my dog does not have his balance back and he falls down staircases... they ruined my dog.

Was pleased but the groomers are independent contractors and our left. The owner refused to take or return phone calls. Then said she wasn’t interested in the business since she “didn’t know our dog” even though she was there all 6 times he was groomed. So now we’ll change to a competitor that offers customer oriented service.

I have been bringing Rubie to Charlotte here at the spa foe over 3 yrs and love it. All we have to do is let her know she's going to see the girls she gets so excited. If you only knew her past this alone is remarkable!!

Thank you Charlotte for bathing and nail trim on our boy's Gus and Fritz. You are awesome. You found these to rescue boy's for us and we love them. It has help us get through the passing of our Paco of 13 years. Would never go anywhere else.

While the staff is very friendly, becareful who you use there. My dog was knicked badly today and he wasn’t even matted. His fur was freshly bathed and brushed a week prior to today’s hair cut. The male groomer claimed he didn’t know how his clippers got caught on my tiny dogs skin. Plus he left his ears groomed unevenly
