At Beach City Health and Fitness, we strive to offer the best health club environment with state-of-the-art equipment, training, and classes. Join and share your fitness success with us today!

We are the health club with an island state of mind. We designed our gym to offer the best health club atmosphere with plants, bright light, great equipment, and more. Our facility offers locker rooms, towels, steam & sauna rooms, and a child care lounge.

Our complete fitness center features over 40 cardio stations, strength stations, and free weights. Our certified and educated personal trainers have years of experience and offer the best personalized training available. We also offer TRX Suspension Training and group fitness classes including our popular Yoga, premier Spinning classes, Zumba, Body Pump, Bootcamp, Les Mills, and more.

I have been a member at Beach City Fitness for close to 10 years. The best part is the friendly knowledgeable staff and excellent trainers. They have many choices for group classes as well. I also love their community involvement and support of several special charities that the entire club gets involved in. They are very dedicated to improving the needs of each individual member.
I have been a member since I moved to Hilton head in 2010. Beach City Health and Fitness is nothing short of outstanding. Reasonable membership dues, outstanding staff-from owners to trainers to front desk personnel. Equipment is up to date and always in excellent working order. Members are friendly, gym is spotless, and exudes a family atmosphere. Don and Sara-the owners-are always on site and interact with the members. You are greeted cordially upon arrival and departure. I wholeheartedly recommend Beach City Health and Fitness to anyone interested in joining a gym. The owners, trainers and staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome and the facilities are great. I have thoroughly enjoyed my membership at BCH&F since the day I joined!
When I moved to HHI I visited every Health Club and Gym on the Island and I chose Beach City for their facilities, staff, variety of classes and personal training options. That was 7 years ago and I have been pleased every step of the way since then and I am a 5 times a week gym guy. Equipment is well maintained, facility is clean and it's a pleasant atmosphere to workout in and stay in shape. Also they do a lot of good community related events!
I've been a member off and on for over 10 years. Of all the clubs I've been in all over the East Coast, this is the cleanest and nicest. Don and Sara are very caring and see that our needs are met. I've had many orthopedic surgeries so there are some things I cant do anymore. But all the equipment I need and CAN use they have. I just love it.
I have lived on Hilton Head Island for the past 15 years and have used Beach City Health and Fitness for the last 3 years. I is the best fitness center on the Island. All their equipment works and is clean. The staff is knowledgeable and honest. I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a great workout place!!
My wife and I have been members from the opening of Beach City fitness. We love the facility with its modern machines and open space. The staff is very courteous and always most helpful. Their personal trainers are second to none. We highly recommend BCF.

Been going here for many years...best fitness center in HH area! Friendly staff, clean facilities, lots of good and modern equipment and classes are excellent! I have a fitness center in my condo development but prefer to go to Beach City.
My wife and I have been members since 2009. Beach City is the cleanest best run and most accommodating fitness center we have ever been to. Management is professional and pleasant. What more could you ask for?
