Very nice park. Multiple play areas, only downside for us was no baby swing. Picnic area: Multiple tables in shaded areas
I went to play basketball with my daughter on a Saturday afternoon. The atmosphere was friendly and clean, and the overall vibe was good. There was a picnic table available for us to use. Surprisingly, it wasn't packed at all.
Great park for people of all ages! There’s a playground for younger children around 2-4 years old, a more advanced playground for older kids, and lots of open space. The playgrounds were in great shape and there are also a few swings geared more towards older kiddos. When we visited people were playing soccer in the fields which was so much fun to watch. There are a few picnic tables so you can sit and relax. There’s also a splash pad which wasn’t open at the time we visited. The park was well maintained. A great spot to walk around and take kiddos to play.
The pool has a very large shallow area which was great for early swimmers and younger kids. The deepest area only goes to 5 feet and some inches if I'm not mistaken. Free splash pad. You have to pay to enter even of you don't swim.
Very cute. Its really really nice, like in the back, drive up the hill, follow the hill upwards! And they got a toddler park, and big kid park, and then nice hill to run/frolic down. Basketball court, tennis maybe? And soccer goals. Pool, kiddie pool, sprinklers shoot out of ground - might not be operational until memorial day?
Pretty Quiet, I didn't know there was a pool hidden up top. Lots of Geese poop around the lake though, in the road, parking lot and definitely anywhere near the water but with that many Geese it's expected so careful where you step. The slides and swings for kids are kind of hidden behind the pool.
Reviewing for the support staff for the pool. I am a doctor. A kid went down probably from the heat and the team lead responded perfectly from a medical standpoint. Makes me more confident to bring my kids here.
Newly updated playground and the sprinklers were open as well. No bathrooms available in the building next to the playground, but there is a Porta potty down the hill. It's cleaned once a week from the paperwork posted. Just bring disinfectant wipes for the seat. There was plenty of paper. They have plenty of benches for family but unless you get there early and "claim" one, you might have to bring your own. People were grilling on small portable grills, no grills that the park provides. Huge amount of park space for these sort of gatherings. Not enough parking near the playground, but there is quite a bit down the hill by where the Porta potty is at.
Tons of space with all sorts of places to relax. Wish the pond area was a little cleaner though.
The only reason why I am not going to give it a 5 star review is because it was not the most private place to go for a nice visit with a friend and to enjoy lots of nature with out all the unnecessary amount of concrete and stuff that was more of an eye sore than anything I was looking for- untouched, natural beauty and a place to go and explore the world w/ my friend, I could have gone to a different place
