The best possible service anyone can have. These guys a true honest mechanics! They saved me alot if money. Give them a try, you will not be disappointed. Once again, had more car issues and they were able to quickly resolve them all at a reasonable price.

I thought I needed to have my brakes changed because I heard a slightly screeching sound. Although I recently had my car serviced and wasn’t notified of needing new brakes, the sound made me paranoid. I called Beacon and they told me to come in whenever I could. When I arrived, they helped me out right away. One of the mechanics took down my info and told me they would call me as soon as they assess the issue. An hour maybe less later they called me and reassured me my brakes were just fine. When I went to pick up my car, I spoke to a different mechanic there who told me they tested the brakes and my brakes were fine. They didn’t lie to me just to get my money. I don’t know much about cars and they could’ve easily taken advantage of that but they didn’t. They didn’t even charge me for taking a look at my vehicle. If I was a permanent resident of Rockland County, Beacon Mechanics would be my go-to place.
I've been coming to this place for years and they do quality car repair in a reasonable time frame. I have never felt ripped off when they have done a job for me. They take the time to explain the repair and why it was needed. They hand write every receipt with price of goods and services.
Matt serviced our boiler and he was very thorough. He shared information about boiler maintenance with me as a new home owner. Let me look at what he was doing, showed me the parts we needed to order that clearly needed replacement. He was also very good with our 1.5 year old doberman who can be a little much sometimes. We look forward to having Beacon out to service our AC unit.
