The slowest barbershop I've ever been to. 2 kids, basic haircuts, took 2 hours. Nobody masked in the place. Won't be back. I'll go to old Town barbers next time.

I go to beacon for all my fresh cut needs. Mason is a barber I have been going to for years, and when he started working at beacon I started making the commute to get to him at the shop in Orcutt. Mason is a great barber, always does it right and with great care. He is detail oriented and never overlooks anything. This guy is clearly trained correctly and takes his skills to a new level. I have gone to other barbers here as well and I can honestly say that they are extremely professional. They take procedure and cleanliness to a whole new level and you can tell that they are all trained correctly. They are all really funny and welcoming, and it is the most enjoyable barbershop experiences I have out of all shops I have been to. If you want consistent, professional and meticulous haircuts from a great place with great people, Beacon is the way.
The best place to get your hair cut on the central coast and in my opinion all of California. Each of the barbers are extremely well trained and I have never ever walked out of there with a bad haircut. Kevin, Romeo, Winston and Travis are all exceptional barbers. Sometimes there is a wait but that is an indication of a great barbershop. I'm a regular of Kevin's, but I know if I go to any of the other barbers they will each give me a haircut that I will like, there are no bad barbers at this shop. I will continue to go here and support this shop for as long as I live, and some of the patrons have been coming to this shop since the 60s when it originally opened, that should tell you something.
