This is the official page for Beacon College. Beacon College is a liberal arts college exclusively for students with learning disabilities and ADHD.
Founded in 1989, Beacon College is the first accredited college in the U.S. that awards bachelor degrees exclusively to students with learning disabilities. The current enrollment is 270. The college serves students with specific learning disabilities, ADHD and high-functioning autistic-spectrum disorders.
The mission of Beacon College is to offer academic degree programs to students with learning disabilities.
Bachelor's and associate's degrees in a half-dozen disciplines: Business management (hospitality track); computer information systems (web and digital media track); computer information systems (information systems track); human services; interdisciplinary studies; psychology; and studio arts.
