I go to the winsted beacon but honestly it doesn't matter which beacon you go to I have been a customer at New Britain beacon Bristol beacon and a few times in southington. You cannot beat the service either one you go to they give you personal attention always go out of your way and trust me if you try it it'll make Walgreens and CVS a total embarrassment. And if anybody's been to Walgreens or CVS I shouldn't have to say how lousy the pharmacy service usually is. and just for a record I have never been an employee at any of these places I just pick up prescriptions on a monthly basis. Might want to mention I have a Walgreens 500 ft away from my house and I travel 12 mi to the beacon in winsted, I think that says it all.

Downside, they aren't open on Sunday. However, I should have known this and messed up and didn't have enough for my dogs meds on Sunday. I left a message because I was concerned so I left a message.   Joe called me back as soon as he could and was willing to help me! We decided my dog could wait a day and instead I came in first thing on monday morning. Always great customer service and very professional!

I love them! Everything you would expect from a small town pharmacy.  They know my family and genuinely care about us and all of their other customers., while maintaining the upmost level of professionalism. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

Beacon Pharmacy in Winsted is the best! They know the customers and truly care about them.
