It was a lot nicer than it use to be. The movie was great. The seats are much more comfortable than they use to be. I wish they had installed reclining seats. The popcorn as always was great. I love that you can put your own butter on. Bring back the white raspberry icee.
There was nobody to take our online tickets. we ended up just walking in and never seen any employee until we left there were some wild kids drinking out of free sample cups acting like the 3 stooges in lobby. theater was good with semi reclining seats. need to hire some employees..I bet a lot of people sneak into this theatre.
The lounging seats are very comfortable. The movie was not too loud it was just perfect. The whole theater was fairly clean except for the restrooms in the back they were filthy and need cleaned badly. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back again.
It was a cloudy day in New Smyrna, I thought to myself “I’m gonna go watch a movie to kill some time.” I was very excited to go watch a movie that I would enjoy. I have always liked this theatre because of the incredibly comfortable sears. There is nothing better than watching a movie and sitting back and kicking your feet up and reclining. But poor me, I did not know what was coming. I walk into the theatre, and the seats did not recline. I was infuriated. I had to watch the whole movie in a very uncomfortable position. My scoliosis was not happy. So if you work at this theatre, I encourage you to change this misfortune, or the police will be contacted immediately.
Had a nice time watching the newest Guardians of the Galaxy with my Wonderfully Beautiful Wife on Wednesday the 7th of June 2023. Had some snacks and drinks as is customary when watching movies at a theater I can't give half star's to add to the 4 star rating I gave to make 4.5 but that's what I want to give and mostly because of the manager Shannon & Savannah H. Who deserve 5 for their exemplary Cust. Service skills and just really Being So totally awesome, while helping us get through the process so smoothly and easily, with our tickets and snacks, right down to being so friendly and kind, and answering all our questions, and helping us with our merchandise purchases as well. These two exceptionally wonderful humans helped make our experience at this particular theater a delight, and I would have loved to give a full 5 Star rating because of them, except for the A/C not seemingly working in theater 12 that day and we got but up by some sneaky mosquito that snuck her way into that theater. I don't know if it but anyone else in there that day, tbh I think it liked the 5 Star meal it was getting from my wife and I but if not for the heat and mosquito we'd surely give this AMC theater a full 5 rating, so even though I can only give 4 we think Google reviews should allow for half star's, and maybe even 1/4 and 3/4 to be added for proper ratings so we could give a 4.5 rating, and we're going back to see the new Transformers movie tonight so hopefully the A/C is working and that mosquito is long gone and didn't call her girlfriends to the buffet . Thank you AMC for hiring such wonderful humans to work at an all time favorite place for people to enjoy their time away from home. 2 to add to the 4.5 and if the A/C is fixed and no mosquitos attack, we'll surely be grateful and bump that rating right up to 5 we're looking forward to tonight and watching Transformers and adding another collectable to our repertoire of collectibles. Hopefully there's at least one with our names on it
we were really happy with our experience at this theater. staff was very friendly and the theater was nice and clean and to my surprise they had recliners in the theater
Comfortable seats , food expensive but entry not like inflated prices 20 years ago. $4.75 vs $9 Advertise cc but only for the foreign dialog. Good thing my hearing aids were charged except picked up people's cell phones.
Two of the male staff were SO nice. I would go there again just based off of the service! Only downside is that I can hear other nearby loud movies during a quiet movie. Reasonable prices for drinks and snacks. Clean bathrooms.
The place might look old and outdated, but all of their screens have recliner seats. If you don't plan on buying popcorn/snacks I recommend you purchase the movie tickets online/app, as there is no box office to purchase tickets and you would have to stand in the food/beverages line to buy your movie tickits
Comfortable seating. Areas clean. Staff friendly and very helpful. Did not get concessions so not much to add there.
