I could not be more appreciative of Tom and his staff. We needed a Hindu cremation done very quickly, and they were accommodating as well as very culturally understanding and sensitive. The live stream was excellent for family to watch, and the video montage was thoughtfully done. Thank you for making a difficult situation more bearable.

I want to thank Jim, Tom, Oliver, and All the staff at Beall Funeral home. They did such a wonderful job with our loved one. From the moment that our loved one passed away, they were just a call away, and they were so attentive, and on time. I cannot thank them enough for everything, during this difficult time, they made everything run so smoothly. You all are compassionate, caring, providing the best customer service.

On behalf of the entire Absalon family, I want to thank Tom and everyone at Beall Funeral Home for the caring and professional manner in which you handled the services and burial for my husband. Tom the owner who took my call during Christmas day really shows his commitment to help me. The entire staff are friendly, flexible, and supportive. It was a very difficult situation for us and we are still struggling in dealing with his loss, but Tom and his staff did an exemplary job in working with us through this tough time. Thank you Tom and the staff at Beall for making our Father's celebration  a very lovely experience.  I have all positive comments and praises about my experience and the staff of Beall Funeral Home.  Starting with the owner Tom who put my family at ease the moment he picked up the phone on New Year's EVE!  He was not above responding to the smallest of details!  Krista and Kasey were amazing responding to all calls questions and accommodating  last minute requests!  Every time I  called the main number someone picked up the phone eager to help.  NO voicemails!   Tom did not try and upsell us or pressure us at a time when we were vulnerable.  In addition, Beall has the most updated technology - music, memory video, website,  And this very cool Welcoming technology screen when you walk in. Also Tom brokered the most wonderful Pastor.  If you need a pastor for whatever reason Pastor Fagan is amazing!  It is the people that make the product in any service industry and Tom and his team are A-number 1.

This is never a good experience to lose a loved one.  I lost my son, Tyler Carter, in February 2022    The turnout for my son's service was overwhelming.   I would like to thank the entire Beall staff for accommodating the needs of our family and friends during this awful time.

The Beall Funeral Home staff treated me like family from the first meeting. It is difficult to deal with your loved ones transition, but it really helps to have a funeral home that is genuine, caring to your needs, and helpful during your time of need. I appreciate the staff and the owner for their outstanding service and respect given to me and to my family. I would like to thank Tom, Jim and all staff at Beall Funeral home for taking great care of my mom. It was a very emotional loss and their expertise, guidiance and flexibility were appreciated! They were a Blessing in our most difficult times!

The first meeting with an employee was very well done. Caring , suggestions, think time for us . Very well done . The second meeting with THE OWNER was not as much . He talked about himself constantly and never took a breath to ask about who our brother was. Really , I had to interrupt his boorish stories to focus on business at hand which was to plan a funeral for my Baby brother. My brother Bob deserved better .

I lost my father. He was the first person in my immediate family that we have lost so I had no idea of what to expect. Grieving and having to plan out the arrangements at the same time was so stressful. Without a doubt I will be forever grateful to the Beal team as they walked me thru the process, was extremely supportive and professional and communicated any and everything I needed to know. I can’t thank them enough. Saying that from the bottom of my heart, Thank You.

I had the best experience this past week with Beall Funeral Home, I was so impressed with with the staff, their kindness, the way they provided service over and above what I was expecting. I highly recommend them to all, they helped my family and I through a very difficult time, first class job. Tom Zizos the director was so wonderful and kind, he took care of so many details without my even asking, Veronica, also treated us with kindness and respect as she helped us make choices for my husband.
