I went in for a DOT physical for my commercial drivers license and they were told to bill my employer. I just received a 3rd bill, billing me for the appointment. I have called and asked nicely the first time, a little more stern the second, and now angry the third. They do not, I repeat, do not return phone calls. I like Dr. Beams but the billing part of his business needs to do a much better job.
Dot physical went as planned and I was able to get in on a cancelation which was very helpful. Nice nurse and Dr. Beams was welcoming. I'd go back for sure.

Was not able to reach anyone after multiple attempts to call. Called during their normal business hours according to the automated message.
They scheduled my appointment and they were closed for hours they scheduled me for.
