Wednesdays- 6 AM- Magic Mile (1 Mile as fast as you can and 40 minutes of stretch, balance and core on the way back) @ Bear Creek Running Co.
Thursdays- 6-8PM Shannon Brewery Run Club, 800 N Main St. Join Shannon Brewery Running Club on FB.
Saturdays- 6:30 AM easy 4 miles and up for long runs. Meet at the store, cupless water stops provided. Join Keller Run Club and Cowtown training group FB.
Sundays-7:30 AM Trail Run, Meet at Eagle Mountain Lake Park pavilion 3-6 miles.
