Unorganized and charged me for scripts my insurance supposedly doesn't cover. Same overpriced script can be found 75% cheaper at pharmacies like Winn Dixie, Publix, and Walmart. My 3 children went to the doctor at the same day, same time, and 3 scripts were called in. Got a notification they were ready but when I went to pick the scripts up I was only given one script that was called in today and a refill that I've denied over and over again for the last 3 years. Possibly longer than 3 years. I was notified last Friday I had a script ready. Even though I asked for my script, in addition to my children's scripts, and handed the pharmacist my Driver's License, I never received my prescription. I just called at 7:30 pm to get answers and a recording said the pharmacy was closed. DO NOT GO TO CVS on BEARSS AVENUE
this store seemed to be in a better shape than it was a year or so ago. employees are always friendly, wish they would keep a permanent cashier up front all the time instead of having the employees do 10 things all at one time and then we can’t find them! Lots of familiar faces here however! My only other complaint is the school across the street, it’s not so bad in the summer months but the other 10 months out of the year is frustrating! Parents pick up the kids in the parking lot and the traffic is so bad it takes 20+ minutes just to get out. Cvs you need to direct school traffic to I don’t know…THE SCHOOL! I’m so sick of having no where to park and then taking numerous minutes just to leave the parking lot, or almost getting trampled by the school kids. not to mention how many children stuff their pockets with snacks and then walk right out the door! I don’t know how your employees deal with it sometimes!
I had both of my pfizer vaccines here at this CVS, both times were quick and on time as scheduled, I was able to get my signature card covid vaccine no problem and before I left after the second dose I made sure to pick up some excedrin because I heard stories of symtoms due to the immune system building antibodies .
After more than a year of abuse..I'm off to another Pharmacy. The last straw was waiting on the drive thru line for 45 minutes only to pull up to the window and have you close for lunch in my face. !! No warning..nothing!! . The other occasions were just outright disrespect from your staff. When I pre pay and give my information to pick up my prescription,why do I have to be told how much it is WHEN I PAID FOR IT ALREADY!! Your staff members need TRAINING. I will be one less customer you will mistreat. Taking my dignity and positive attitude elsewhere. Bye!!
I am starting to dislike this CVS very much so. Today is not the first time,not the second time, not even the third time but the fourth time that my prescription has been called in hours before just to go into the store and be asked if CVS can text message me when my prescription is ready. Maybe the pharmacy dept. needs an overhaul.
ITS ALWAYS A PROBLEM WHEN THIS CVS SENDS YOU A TEXT ABOUT YOUR MEDICATIONS WITH A PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THEM AND NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE… IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION OR CONCERNS ONCE YOU GET GOING, ITS BEST TO ASK GOOGLE. THIS OF BY FAR THE WORST PHARMACY WHEN IT COME TO CONTACTING THEM BY PHONE
The pharmacy staff are really nice, and very helpful!! They help me with my son prescription and with app GoodRx. Excellent service!
Just had the worst experience at this place. When I got inside, there were no employees to be seen. The customers that were waiting at the register were yelling "is anyone here?" And no one was responding. Finally about 7 or 8 minutes later, a woman shows up. I had a bunch of questions about the picture machine and printing pictures. Not to mention there are about 20 crates in front of the picture machines. I had to physically move some of them to use the machine only to find out the touch screen was not even working properly when you press the screen. When the employee did not know how to help me she called a woman named Rebecca four times on the intercom and the course about 15 minutes because she would not show up. Eventually she did. Long story short, the service was terrible the place is a mess and I was not satisfied with my experience at all it should not take me 45 minutes just to get a few pictures printed. I will go to Walgreens from now on.
This has Always been the WORST CVS. Dirty, Rude Employees, Pharmacy is no better! You are treated like you have put them out. And 9 times out of 10 you have interrupted a call they had on their cell. My insurance gives be Benefits for over the counter. I get $240. I got a letter letting me my $240 will not roll over and I have to use by the End of June. We went in the Store. Shocked Clean, Greeted. Actually asked "if we could be helped." The gentleman helping us "turned out to be the Manager." Shocked. You never would of seen the previous Manager helping anyone or cleaning, organizing and putting merchandise away. Another employee was working Very Nice. Both were professional, friendly, helpful. The Manager who's name I finally saw on Tag is "Damian." He is the type of Manager everyone wants. He works with his co-workers. He expects the Store to Be Clean, shelf's organized and merchandise put where it goes. Customers be greeted and treated with Respect. We have avoided this CVS for 10 to 11 years. It just happens to he closest to the house. We still never walked in any other CVS prior due to how this CVS was ran *well just turned into a nasty, dirt place. The pharmacy staff does need to be replaced. They have always been rude, give a put out of their way to help you.For those that have been into CVS on Bearss at North Ave prior to our visit on July 22, 2024. Go over their and see for yourself. Your experience will not be like it was. You will want to be able to use your local CVS rather than one a few miles away. CVS it is Past Time you got a Manager in the store that cares about giving his customers a clean, friendly, respectful, helpful staff. I hope those that go back to the store will write their review. As for a Manager Damian is the type of Manager most would love to work with him on his team. You are A team, equals. He will stock, put away, organize, clean, ring customers up, help customers. CVS@ Bearss & North Blvd gets an A+++ and ************ Very happy customer of this CVS!
My hometown's CVS never disappointed me and this location didn't either! Despite it being busy and rainy, the staff were friendly and attentive. Came to get my shots and was in and out in under 30 minutes! Kudos to the pharmacy staff for providing accurate and efficient service and information.
