She did not know what she was doing. I got butterfly loc and you're supposed to use glue to keep it together. They started coming out the next day. I told her I was tender headed multiple times and she still was rough on my head. Not to mention she told me one price and I gave her 200 when I got there told me I had the wrong hair. I offered to leave and come back another day, she offered to get someone she knew to get it for me then had me pay her gas money but the other person didn't even receive it. When I got ready to leave she swore my hair would stay for 3 months . I don't do shady business and this lady is shady. Make sure u got exact change because she expects the extra to be her tip. And it's dirty in there smh. Please clean
Braids were nice and neat. The price was almost double but I was tired and needed a stylist so I just paid. Not returning. They adjust the price based on how they feel and two people on one head shouldn’t take 7 hours. One girl didn’t even knew what she was doing and couldn’t even wash hair. Her fingers wasn’t even scratching my scalp. I was in there so long and couldn’t wait to leave.Service: Braids

This was my secret for a while but I love her she is very nice and pleasant. She has growing hands and a friendly, kind, and professional demeanor. I appreciate her being patient and proficient. She doesn't keep you long and styles your hair the way you want it. Nice place a peaceful environment, especially if you're tired of people taking your money and being rude. Very inviting!

Beatrice is extremely skilled. The ladies she has working there are extremely skilled. High quality work. They are also very friendly and do not shy away from good conversation. THE PROBLEM is the environment is very unprofessional and inefficient. 1. Do not hand clients a comb or ask them to take anything down before naming your price. ----- If a client is coming to you with a prior installation, name your price for the services. Tell them how much it would be for taking down the old style, the wash and conditioning, and the installation of new style . 2. This is a salon, not a daycare. ----- There are children ahere and they are beautiful. But it makes me angry and disgusted to see other clients sitting there for very long periods of time while you make them wait as you tend the children. People are paying money they worked had from. They are often taking time away from work, study, and their own children so they can patronize the establishment. People are not just paying for a style, but a good experience in an efficient time frame. If you must bring the children bring some one old enough to watch them. The client shouldn't have to wait in you while you are being paid to wait on them. It's unfair.
