Tina made me feel very confident in her work. She showed me pictures of other people of color to reassure me the shading would be good. My microblade was done over a year ago maybe close to 2 years and still looks good.
Very unprofessional and difficult to schedule a appointment. Bought a groupon called number listed on groupon then was given a number to text. The text the number gave me 6pm appointment but the day ahe offered I could do it. Then she asked if I was existing customer or did I buy groupon. I let her know I bought groupon then her availability was only around 1pm, no longer would give me a later appointment. So dont bother with a gr oupon from here.Service: Waxing
Got a Brazilian wax my 2nd time ever getting one definitely going back to her from now on Ii is very clean and she was professional and very nice
I went there a few months ago and I hated it until I fell on Zoey. She does my lashes now and she is GREAT! I haven't used the rest of their services but the Salon seems excessive from what I checked. It is nicely decorated. They need to upgrade the bathroom! It's not up to par!
My lashes looked horrible and uneven first thing out of the salon and my eyelids looked very droopy..this was only resolved when they all fell out about 1.5 weeks later. They do not use singles here, it looks like she used the trio clusters from Ardell $5 online. I got a groupon because i have never gotten my lashes done in the past and was curious to try it out. In the end i ended up paying $40 aditionally. They even tried to convince me at the front desk that the groupons don't work. The lash tech asked me what my race was and asked me what my parents did for a living. She looked me up and down and tried to take a glance inside my bag after i got my phone out. When i was trying to set my bag down she took it from my hands and set it down for me, she looked at the brand, seemed confused. I felt extremely racially profiled even after i tipped her $20 on top of the extra cash i had paid.. and she asked me "are you sure?" It wasnt untill after i payed that the lash tech began to have some manners. My eyes were in pain for days, to the point where opening them stung. I even had red dots inside my eyeballs from the sloppy job. This was my first time getting my lashes done, so naturally, when the tech told me this was normal I beleived her. Also, lashes were glued to my waterline and were extremely painful, my natural lashes ended up clustering together too and all fell out. Unfortunately I've gotten a new phone so i don't have all of the pictures from that. 100% of my friends who have gotten their lashes done in the past have not had this bad of an experience because they went elsewhere.
Darlene was super sweet and did a great job on my eyelash extensions! The owner Tina is also wonderful. I would highly recommend!
After many years I have found the perfect and trustful place, I strongly recommend Beatrice Salon, my expectations in this place has been outstanding, I have being coming to Tina and she is a great person. She has fixed my eyebrows and upper eyeliner from previous Salon's and has done an incredible job with my lips. I sincerely give her a 10+ if you are thinking of having permanent make up Tina is the right perons and Beatrice the right place to come!!! Sincerely Maria Cabrales*
This place is a scam. I made an appointment for "a full set of eye lash extension" purchased on Groupon. On putting me down to procedure table, Darlene explained that it's a natural looking lash, if I want a "fuller look I have to pay more. I was fine with it looking natural so chose to keep my original option. She continued to state that the natural looking one only last "7-10 days". That's when I sat up and was shocked. Usually lashes last two weeks. And their Groupon stated it'll last "3-6 weeks" see my screenshot of description. She disagreed and said they never said anything like that, and Groupon made it up. Excuse me? If you can't do it, why writing it in your description? She went on even provoking me "so you don't want to pay $20 more dollars? It'll not last more than a week", with broken English and even saliva spraying to my face while talking. This experience doesn't make any sense. I'm not a big fan of dramatic look so I'm totally fine with, in fact, in favor of natural look. Also I don't mind paying more if the service is good. But by them saying it'll only last a week it's just a scam of getting more money out of you. Also, please, put on a mask when servicing your customer especially when you have to talk to their faces in 10-15 inches. What a "pleasant" way of wasting an hour driving and getting insulted. No thanks! P.S. before the appointment they'll call you couple times and text to your personal phone number number to remind about your appointment. I find that very unnecessary. Just one of them would be enough.
