Worst. Service. Ever. This place is nice and has nice product. Been buying from here for years. It seemed like the sales lady was ready to close the upstairs showroom because she was extremely unhelpful. I wanted some info on a couple of chairs and it was abundantly clear she wasn’t interested in helping us with our questions. I literally had to yell across the showroom to ask a question when she moved to the opposite end of the room from where were looking. Gave up on asking anymore questions and just left. Very disappointed. 4:00 pm on 11/12/22
Beautiful store. If you take your wife you better be ready to buy about everything. Great staff. Easy to get too.
Nice store, it is beautiful. A little pricey. I don't understand why they won't tell you who makes their furniture. There is a furniture store in Mirimar not too far that will sell you the same thing and tell you who makes it.
If my husband and I had the money, we’d buy everything in this interior designer store. The first time I visited, I didn’t realize that the first floor is comprised of two stores with a walkway in between that leads to the stairs/elevator to the second floor. Beau has an assortment of custom chairs and couches with a plethora of fabric panels for your choosing. My husband and I needed 3 couches and two swivel chairs made with the highest stain-resistant fabric. Jodie navigated us through the ordering process and helped us to match custome pillows and fabrics for our great room and family room. My husband and I had been all over Pensacola, Mobile, Orange Beach, New Orleans, Destin, and San Destin looking for furniture and it was very refreshing stumbling upon Beau and Jodie’s expertise. It certainly made everything less stressful on my husband and I, who have no interior design experience as this was our first home. Upon ordering, we had to pay in full, there is no half down, the rest when the order comes in just an FYI. Our couches took 8 weeks to come in we were told 6-8, so the timeline the staff gives you is correct. Even without having the exact fabric on a couch in the store, the picture Jodie printed for us was an understatement of our actual couch. Our couch is amazing and they make such a huge statement in our house. Also, if you have the room and the money, buy the swivel chairs. They are so comfy and inviting.
This is a GREAT store, with a full range of offerings - from a quick gift to custom furniture to interior decorating. I love everything I've ever gotten from there, and just wish I lived closer so I could go more often!
Best furniture store in Destin and Santa Rosa Beach! So many beautiful options with an incredibly friendly and helpful staff.
