My touch may be described as gentle; however, this does not preclude the use of deep or firm pressure. I strive for the pressure that I apply to be perfect. Muscle tissue will often soften as touch is applied and the pressure may be graduated based on muscle condition and your goals for the session. I will accommodate your pressure request in a gentle, graduated pace. This often allows for a more firm pressure over the course of the massage without bruising or unnecessary discomfort.
My intention during a massage session is to stay fully present while meeting you and your body’s need.
