Bad experience. Called in to non emergency on a down stairs neighbor and she get smart. I informed her the issues and problems and stuff the lady been and is doingI have been having out of the lady. She tells me nothing they can do about she get smart. So I told her sense does not want to investigate nor send nobody out. I file a complaint against them. Failing to take action.
Cops like this will provide Texas and the USA with another Uvalde. Cowards in uniform, taking your taxes, benefiting from uniform discounts, paying less for their homes, all to act like cowards and victims. Crew of flunkies.
Today I visited the Beaumont Police department located in downtown, the building next to Court House of Beaumont, to open a police report for fraud. The experience they give was great and very comfortable to me, mean while I am Hispanic and the English language is not my native language, but my second. The person who attends me was a black lady so well prepared and humble at same time. I'm very thankful for they behavior in the way in which they attend my urgency. Thanks Beaumont Police department!
I've never had respect for any police officers do to incidents with them, but these two that covered my case have changed my mind about them and showed me that there are good respectful hard-working police officers out there. Thank you for the life lesson and having good ethics at your profession.
Bad experience questioned me for everything they searched me I gave them permission to searched because they said they’re k9 had found narcotics in my vehicle but I’m guessing dog wasn’t trained enough because all I had was food on back seat and they’re dog even scratched my vehicle which I want them to be responsible for
Terrible, that is all I can say! I needed them on multiple occasions and no one ever showed up. But you bet they will be sitting on the side of the road ready to give you a ticket. What a freaking joke! JOKE
I got in an accident, a woman hit me, unfortunately she did not have insurance. She was apparently leasing her vehicle so to get my vehicle fixed, I need to find out who she leased the vehicle from. I was not provided a number or any means of contact in the report. I have called several times for help or a phone number and they will not even be courteous and try to give me advice. The secretary is rude. I know that they can provide me with a phone number, they took mine but they are L-A-Z-Y.
Just moved to Beaumont a few weeks ago. Ran out of gas, 2 Beaumont PD officers didn’t get names unfortunately gave me a ride to nearest station ~5 miles, to buy gas can and get fuel. Very polite and professional officers. Hats off to these guys, as the place I come from, officers are not nearly as trustworthy or professional.
I can't thank Beaumont Police department enough. My daughter was in an accident and I called from Houston. They had a unit there shortly. As a retired officer of Houston, I know how long sometimes a response can be. They were there quickly and conducted a professional investigation. Thank y'all.
I'm eating at a local restaurant near College St and S 23rd St. for maybe 20 minutes. From the moment I get there from outside the window I see that a motorcycle cop pulls someone over, not suspicious at all. As I sit there finishing my meal two more people get pulls into the parking lot, in the same time it takes to finish my meal. Then as I'm leaving the same office started to turn on his lights and pulls someone over while they were stopped at a light. It's just really suspicious the time frame in which he's writing so many tickets in the same area with normal traffic.
