Awesome, locally owned pharmacy. Does compound meds & the pharmacy that owns it is wonderful. Super knowledgeable & genuinely caring.

I picked up my daughter’s prescription today, and was greeted at the drive through with a smile. I’ve picked my wife and daughters prescriptions up from Beaumont pharmacy for years, and I’ve always had a great experience. It’s nice to have that hometown feeling when I visit.

I'm mortified. Never in my life have I been treated so rudely by a pharmacist/pharmacy. You never know what you're going to get with the pharmacists constant mood changes and lack of attention to detail. And to think when they first opened I brought her and her pharmacy a big connection for business, as well as referrals and this is the thanks I get in return. It's such a shame. You do NOT talk to or treat a customer or anyone like the way she treated me and apparently others if you continue reading the reviews. I don't recommend this pharmacy to anyone who wants added stress to their life when simply trying to refill or fill a prescription, get a vaccination, etc.

This local pharmacy has always been nice to my family. It feels like personal service, sends reminders on prescriptions.  Easy drive thru.  Set up flu vaccine for me.  Taking appointments for COVID vaccine when it becomes available to the pharmacy.  Very personable.

Went to this pharmacy for both COVID shots. The first time my husband and and I went they couldn’t figure out his TriCare insurance even though they advertise that they take TriCare. Her solution was to PHOTOCOPY his MILITARY ID. My husband stopped her and told her she can’t do that. Her response was “well I do this all the time with military personnel”. An easy google search will tell you that it is very illegal. She was very rude for the rest of our experience the first time. The second experience included us waiting 30 minutes to get seen. My husband went up to the counter after 20 minutes and they were all sitting on their phones and couldn’t even be bothered that we were just wasting our time. All they said was “did you get your shot?” Well of course not we’re still sitting here waiting. After that it took 2 minutes to get in and out for our shot. It is extremely irritating that we wasted 30 minutes of waiting around because they were too busy talking about their personal life. The ladies in this office are unprofessional to say the least. They made us feel like we were a bother for even being there. My husband and I will be avoiding this pharmacy at all costs.

I just had my covid vaccine here and they were so kind, especially the pharmacist that had to stick me. It was a great experience and the place has so many nice gifts especially Auburn and Alabama to look at while you wait to get your shot and wait afterwards. I highly recommend using them for your pharmacy needs.

I use to like this pharmacy but pharmacists is moody as can be. You never know how you are going to be treated. At times the pharmacists can be very friendly but at other times she can been very rude. I have never liked anyone who cannot control the face they put on to customers. If you are going to be rude to me please be that way all the time. None of this back and forth depending on your day.

My husband and I have had 2 encounters with the pharmacist at Beaumont Pharmacy.  The first time she pharmacist was rude and off-putting.  Since anyone can have a bad day, we had a second encounter with the pharmacist getting prescription filled.  Our second encounter with this pharmacist was worse than the first.  A friend of ours said she will never go back there for the same reason.  Since there are 4 pharmacies within less than a mile, you would think an independent pharmacist would want business.  Being rude to customers is not how to stay in business.  I gave this pharmacy 2 stars because I received the correct medicine, and because the young lady at the register was not rude.

This is the most knowledgeable pharmacist in the Birmingham area.  In addition to her pharmacy degree and certification, she has a doctorate in pharmacy, but she is modest and self-effacing, never snobbish or arrogant.  She also has a great sense of fun.  Ask her about her bulldogs!  She has come to know my family and our medical problems and watches out for us.  She makes sure we know to take probiotics when she fills our antibiotic prescriptions.  And, oh my gosh, the place smells wonderful.  They carry all kinds of luscious-smelling candles and sachets.  Lots of Alabama and Auburn gift items.  The ice cream is good, too  :-
