I just started coming to this practice and I've had the BEST experience. The front desk Matthew, Cynthia, and Hannah were extremely welcoming and helpful. They made the check in process quick and easy!The dental assistant Melanie was kind, gentle, and made me feel comfortable! Dr. Calderon did an amazing job, she explained my procedure, took her time, and was very kind. I will 100% be back!
All of the staff here were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable as they explained things kindly and made me feel well taken care of. Charlene was a great hygienist. She made the experience fun and virtually pain free. I would definitely recommend coming here for any dental services. I know I will.
Had a great appointment here! The staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere is quite relaxing. My dental hygienist Charlene made me feel comfortable during my cleaning and took extra care to ensure I felt no pain while she methodically cleaned around my gums. Most dentists and hygienists are condescending when they talk to you, but Charlene was very friendly and informative while we discussed my oral health. Would definitely 10/10 recommend this facility to anyone looking for a dental check-up/cleaning.
5 stars hands down! My mother and I both come here for our dental work and we have never been disappointed with the services. The staff are extremely kind and time efficient. I had treatment with Dr. Stacey and his assistants Melanie and Jen and my cleaning with Charlene and they made absolute sure I was comfortable during the whole experience. I highly recommend.
I had an amazing experience at this facility. I must say I do not enjoy going to the dentist at all. Out of all the different dentist offices I’ve been to in my life, I’ve always had bad experiences with either the staff or how rough the dr’s/hygienist are with my cleanings. I can truthfully say that was not the case with this office. They have a great, kind, and very welcoming staff. The hygienist was so sweet and kind and very gentle with her work. Charlene made sure I was comfortable in any way possible before she started her procedure. As for the doctor, he was very kind and made sure that he was in no rush with my care. He did an amazing job and of course before anything was done they did explain to me what will be done and the importance of each procedure. If I did not understand, they had the patience to explain in detail of the pros and cons. I, in no way felt like I was getting ripped off or taken advantage of like other offices I have been to. I will definitely be going back to this office even if it is a 15-20 minute drive. It is worth every mile. 5 out 5 stars.
It was a very pleasant experience. The staff was very welcoming and friendly when I walked in. Matt and Hannah greeted me with a smile. The dental hygienist Charlene was very thorough, kind, and gentle when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Stacey also provided extensive care and asked if I had any questions regarding my oral health. I love going to Beaumont Smiles to get my dental check ups and would definitely recommend to family and friends.
I had a very pleasant experience at Beaumont smiles. Charlene did a great job with my cleaning, was very thorough and gentle with my teeth. Dr. Stacey took the time to review my imaging and explain what might be causing my tooth sensitivity, which I really appreciated. Will definitely be coming back here for my regular cleanings.
I just recently had my teeth cleaned. Charlene did an excellent job. She is so gentle and always checking to make sure I am doing ok. Dr. Calderon and the office staff are very kind and very knowledgeable. I really like this office.
The best businesses/products are ones that you feel proud recommending to family & friends. This is just that, & maybe even more. Charlene will definitely having you feel like family too. She’s professional yet loose, extremely talented, & super dedicated to patient care. The level of service & quality far exceed that of many other dentist/orthodontic offices I’ve visited. They’ve been here a lifetime, yet gives the appearance of a new business. They definitely upkeep the premises and invest in the latest & greatest equipment. A rare gem in the overcrowded market of local dentist offices.
My family and I have been going to Beaumont Smiles for many years. They always treat you professionally and are knowledgeable and customer focused. My RDH Charlene Patterson is awesome and takes good care of my gums and maintenance and cleanings too and I highly recommend her. I have also had dentists Dr Sanaz and Dr Seth Stacy who both do a great job with checkups and any teeth issues that I need addressed. The front and back office DA’s are all kind and helpful.
