Beautiful Beginnings Floral Shop INC.

The bouquet I ordered and paid for via 1.800.flowers was not what was delivered. It was a much smaller bouquet. The flowers were pretty, but not near the size ordered. This is why I don't like using local florists when I am ordering from out-of-town. I will not utilize this florist in the future based on their actions when utilizing a go-between party.

We recently moved to Hancock County and I was looking for a florist. I've used Beautiful Beginnings twice now and they never disappoint. They always call to make sure someone will be there to pick up the package and the flowers are so beautiful. As the husband of a landscape designer, it can be challenging to find quality flowers that can really wow someone who is in the industry. But, Beautiful Beginnings always comes through with what they deliver!

I live in Georgia and send flowers to my loved one in Greenfield on a regular basis. Beautiful Beginings is by far the best Florist I have ever done business with. The arrangements were always perfect. It is hard to find a business that will do you right when you are in another state but Brenda and her team always out did my expectations.

Our wedding flowers were absolutely beautiful! Thank you Brenda for all of your guidance, for accommodating me with my busy work schedule, and for going above and beyond! You made our special day perfect! Thank you!

Terrible customer service. I wish I could attest to the flower quality, but unfortunately, the woman I spoke to on the phone was so rude and unprofessional that I decided not to purchase and went with Penny's who was incredibly friendly and helpful instead. She was short with me and had an awful attitude, which is unfortunate and very unnecessary. Life is too short for that, and I will never support a company who allows their employees to treat customers that way.

Brenda did a wonderful job on centerpieces for a Rotary Event. She stored them for me until the last minute as well.

Did not fill like I got my money’s worth! Ordered for my daughter’s birthday. Would not use this flower shop again.
