Today I went for the first time and it was a lovely experience. I was nervous at first but once I was there all the staff was lovely, front desk was welcoming and the assistant Gaby was the best. She made me so feel comfortable and was very helpful with all the questions. The doctor was also very nice. Definitely looking forward to going back and hopefully Gaby will assist again because she made my experience impeccable.
Dr. Jordan is an amazing Dentist. She is very patient, professional and ethical. She explains very clearly and she tells you what’s best for your oral health. Gaby, her assistant is wonderful too, she has a charismatic personality and very polite, understanding, compassionate and professional. The receptionists are super attentive and this office has been a blessing for me and my family. I recommend Dr. Jordan 100%. Thank you Dr. Jordan and Staff.
Linda the front desk agent that answered my call was very insensitive to my situation. I had to cancel two times because of emergency gallbladder surgery and then another emergency procedure, so per their policy I am now only able to be seen if anyone else cancels. It's been 3 months of calling during the week. I called again to see if maybe they would make an exception, but they very coldly said that's their business policy. Well, I'm taking my business elsewhere.
I am new at this office and very pleased and relieved to not have to look for another office for my smile. The first two visits I've had so far both had great service from the time I walked in the door to the time I walked out. The only reason I gave 4 stars is inconsistency btwn doctors dental plan and communication could be better btwn patient and doctor letting them know what's going on without patient asking.Otherwise, I will be a happy reocurring patient.

I have been a patient here for almost a decade; I have a history of severe dental trauma/anxiety and major fear of the dentist due to ineffective local anesthetic and poor patient care from childhood. From the start Dr Jordan empowers her patients and let’s you know that you can receive pain control; she explains each step and stops when you ask. Personally she also helped me identify what was at the root, no pun intended, of my fear-she adjusted her local anesthetic placement based on my anatomy and I felt no pain which was a first…prior to this I had needed sedation for dental work and had woken up halfway through. The whole team is amazing there, Linda, Jose, and Veronica I think I am also horrific at names…but anyway the whole team is excellent-no one does anything that is unnecessary and they treat patients like people-not inconveniences. I am very grateful and appreciative of all the time and care they give in their work.
They are ALWAYS so kind and patient with my children whom are very scared of going to the dentist from their previous dentist: they explain everything and make sure my kids are in the know and comfortable
I have been going to Center for Beautiful Smiles for over 5 years for cleaning and minor issues until today. This morning was for a bigger need. Prepping a molar for a crown. The patience and care I received was amazing and made every step as comfortable as possible! So far, so good. One more appointment to go!
Dr. Chris Pham & his entire Team are very professional and caring. I took my daughter and than decided to have our whole family be taken care of by them. Dr. Pham & his Team have genuine integrity and are very trustworthy. Very happy with their work on my daughter, family, & I. Thank You!
I had a consultation over the phone and it was great! Then i spoke to the girls that help with all the info and they were super fast ! great service!!
