Wonderful experience!!!. I happened to be in the area and was in desperate need of a haircut. They were able to get me in right away even though it was jammed packed with customers. I was given a wonderful wash and cut exactly as hoped for. My stylist was fabulous and attentive to my requests! Will absolutely return as my new salon!
I've been coming to see Wendy since before there was a store in Jupiter the first one was in Gardens. This boutique/salon/spa has so much to offer. There's a huge selection of hair and beauty products, cute beachy clothing and accessories, and a huge selection of spa treatments. And let's not even start with how great Wendy is with hair! I ALWAYS get compliments on my hairstyle. Love you, Wendy!
I had a disappointing experience at another wig store. I was quoted $495.00 for a synthetic topper and $2300.00 for a topper with real hair. Then I was charged a $50.00 consultation fee after I was shown 2 toppers, although it was never disclosed there would be a fee. I later checked the website, and it said free consultation. When I texted it to the owner, she removed the word free. My experience at Beauty Boutique Salon and Medi Spa was totally different. They are so helpful and honest and have an amazing selection of wigs and toppers. The owner showed me a beautiful topper that was a combination of real hair and synthetic. It was on sale for 50% off for only $100.00, After being cut, washed, and styled for only $35.00, it was far superior to the synthetic topper I was shown at the other shop for $495.00. I highly recommend Beauty Boutique Salon and Medi Spa to anyone looking for a wig or topper or any other service they offer.
Went to Beauty Boutique for the first time today & was super impressed by all the products & services they offer. Im a former stylist ret. 12 yrs & I've always been nervous letting someone else do my hair. I have very long hair & needed full blonde highlights & a haircut. Kim was my stylist & she did an awesome job! I can't believe I finally found someone who takes their time to do a perfect highlight & haircut the way I would have done! I highly recommend Kim & the salon!
LISA IS THE BEST !!! Have been going to her for two years now and she’s gotten me from box dye navy blue hair to a beautiful blonde and now to all dark with bright money pieces in the front and my hair turns out phenomenal every time ! She is very considerate and understanding when I tell her what new look I want and has all the patience when it comes to my hair. Love the atmosphere, everyone is very welcoming and friendly and they remember you when you’re a consistent client. Will continue to come here for as long as I live in Jupiter and Lisa will always be my go to ! Recommend very highly, must go in and check this place out ! : <3
An incredible establishment and definitely a first choice pick for all your salon care needs! The staff is very friendly and immediately greets you with a warm welcome when your arrive! My stylist Gina, who also happens to be the owner, knew exactly what I wanted and colored my hair to perfection! It is not an easy process to go from almost black hair to blonde and she did wonders for me! You can tell the salon is ran properly and her staff know exactly what they’re doing! Definitely going to be a regular here.
PLEASE READ, AND THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING AT THIS PLACE!!! To get my credit card was just smiles, but to help me in a extremely sensitive moment, they could not be more rude. When I first came in they treated me like a queen. Showed me the merchandize, let me try few of the wigs, and set me in a room with privacy for me to have a view of the wig. As that was my first real try, they were smiling and giving me millions of compliments. I purchased a $1800.00 wig, and 15 minutes after I called the saloon stating that I was not feeling comfortable with my choice and I would like to know if was possible for me to replace for a smaller one. I was never so mistreated in my life. The firs call the person was super rude, laughing of my question, took my information stating that Wendy was going t give me a call back, what did not happen. The second time I tried to call the person who answer the call was rude stating that there was signs everywhere stating that there was no return on wigs, per my condition I did not pay attention. However, I did not want to return, but to replace for something that was not going to overwhelm me. The person left me for over 20 minutes on hold until I had to hang up the call.
Lisa dyed my hair today from dark brown to a beautiful highlighted blonde and lighter brown! I was so nervous putting bleach on my hair and having somebody new dye my hair but she did a great job. My hair still feels so healthy and soft and the color looks so good!
Always love my hair when I walk out. My son will only allow them to cut his hair. They did an amazing job on mine and my daughters hair for my sons wedding!! Highly recommend!
I went to this place a few times in the past and had Desiree as my hair stylist. I honestly can't say a bad thing about her, she was both very nice and did a very good job with my very curly/thick hair. Fast forward several years until yesterday. In between now and then, had tried multiple times to get an appt w/ Desiree again, but she was usually unavailable probably because she's so good. Had my first hair cut in 9 months, and had Gina as a hair stylist because at this point I was desperate and thought I would give someone new a shot. Also, just to preface this, I called ahead of time about a week, and the girl on other end of the line confirmed I wanted a haircut & BLOWDRY remember this fact, it's important later. My appt was at 9:15, walked in 4 min early to learn that Gina wasn't even there yet. The very nice front desk woman just told me to browse the store in the meantime, which I did. About 5 min later, she comes up to me and says she just got off the phone w/ Gina and she will be here soon and that she should start me off w/ a conditioning treatment in the meantime, I said okay and followed her to the back where she did the treatment and sat me down below a dryer. Side note: no one was wearing masks in this establishment w/ the exception of 1 person. While I am fully vaccinated, wearing a mask myself, and fully aware that mask mandate was lifted, I didn't feel comfortable w/ how close the stylists had to be to you and that they didn't choose to wear face masks, was mildly disturbed by this, but that's just my personal opinion. Anywho, Gina comes in about 10 min after I was under the dryer grabs me and washes my hair out. Literally doesn't let me get a word in edgewise, starts IMMEDIATELY talking about her daughter. While I don't mind personal conversation at the salon, she could maybe also start asking what I want to do to my hair today, because I came in for a HAIRCUT. But no she doesn't ask until after she's already sat me in the actual chair, brushed out all my hair which she was SUPER rough about, and got her scissors out. I was SO scared she was going to start cutting w/o even asking me what I wanted on my hair. But no, she finally asked, and I told her of my plan just to chop off dead ends, add long layers, and some bangs as well. Now, I don't claim to be a hair stylist or expert when it comes to cutting hair, but it seems to me w/ thick hair at least, you should section the hair off and cut by sections in order to make sure it all looks even in the end result. But no, she starts from the front of my left side of my head and just works her way around. This was the moment I knew it was all downhill from here. Fast forward and she's done. She puts some product in my hair, and then she tells me I'm done. It's at this moment I realize she had no intention of blow drying my hair, and I said I wanted it blow dried and she was surprised. She said one of the things she put in my hair was to retain moisture in curly hair because she thought I wanted to leave it curly. So clearly she did not talk to whoever scheduled the appt, and assumed she knew what I wanted WITHOUT EVEN ASKING ME. Instead of taking me to the back to wash out all the product that was meant to keep my hair curly, no she pulls out her blow dryer, goes right to work, doesn't even section off my hair and just VERY ROUGHLY uses her hands to dry my hair. About halfway done, she finally brings out a brush which she drops MULTIPLE TIMES on my lap, the last time it dropped on my lap, rolled off, and went under the dresser in front of me, and she NEVER PICKED IT UP. She also tells me she has a cut on her hand which she shows me and that it bothers her when she feels my hair going through the cut every time. Okay lady, NOT ONLY IS THAT UNSANITARY, but you just advertised to your client that you're BEING UNSANITARY. I don't know, MAYBE you could use a brush like any normal person? But she finally does, get's it dry, and then uses a curly iron to give me waves. In the end, my hair felt awful due to excess product and I left very frustrated.
