I walked in and inquired about an eyebrow wax. I was placed with Rachael who is a newly graduated esthetician. She was extremely enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. I am a cosmetologist so I know many people in this line of work. She not only did an amazing job, but she was very professional and made me very comfortable. The salon was very friendly and all the staff were willing to help as she was still learning the computer system. She even helped me find some product I was looking for. I will 100% be going back and I will be scheduling a lash lift and tint in the near future.Services: Eyebrow beautification
I loved Beauty Brands!! I had a signature facial with Rachael, and it was AMAZING!! Everyone was so kind to me. It was relaxing. Perfect self care day. 100% recommend. My face is GLOWING.Service: Acne treatments
Jackie was awesome! Went in looking for some help with the humidity and hair fuzz and she was super helpful in explaining the options and pointing me at different products to try, at varying price points. So thoughtful and helpful-- thank you!
While on vacation I stopped at this store and was looking for a product to thicken my hair without making it too frizzy and unmanageable. I purchased the Loma moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. The conditioner was Ok but the shampoo stinks and was almost watery. The woman that helped me had no bottom teeth and she was super rude. All the testers were expired and there wasn’t any toilet paper in the restroom but I did see a roach or water bug crawl by the sink! So gross! Horrible experience!! If I could leave zero stars, I would!!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! TRUST ME!!! Just got my hair coloured and cut. All looked good, until the morning!! That's when I noticed the haircolour was not what I wanted, and actually looked very brassy, with a colour difference between my hair and the grow out ...very disappointed!! Went back on Sunday to show them....a young lady took my details and promised she would have the manager call me. Well that was two days ago!! It's now Tuesday 6/6/23.....NOT ONE WORD FROM THE COMPANY!!!!!Service: Hairstyling
I am delighted to be a new manager for this store. My family has been coming here for years to both the salon and the store. I have an amazing team and I am looking forward to a great rest of the year!
Had a wax with Rachael and setting was comfortable and professional. Store is open bright and clean. I was impressed.
Wish I could give it 0 stars. Store is under terrible management, the younger girls working in the evening have been great! Don’t recommend supporting this company period.
DONT RECOMMEND. It’s gone down hill since the last time I was in. The manager of the store older lady is not knowledgeable on any product. One stylist working in the whole salon. It seemed like no knew anything I asked. Not sure if they are going to close down or something but I won’t be back.
Went in to get color safe products for my blonde curly hair and they didn’t know what to recommend or knowledgeable on how to help protect my curly hair.
