Beauty Mania at Hueytown

I literally just walked in this store they don’t greet the customers or even asked if they need help they just sit behind the counter and watch people. I took the item to the counter and the guy still didn’t greet me. I left the item on the counter and walked out. I’m a manager we greet our customers and show them appreciation at each visit. That was my first and last time going in that beauty supply store

My experience in this store was VERY unprofessional to say the least. The Customer Service was TERRIBLE. Employees at this store made me feel so uncomfortable. They will follow you everywhere and the employees/owner gives off a prejudiced vibe when I tried to check out my items. I do not recommend shopping at this store, there are better stores that have excellent customer service, just not this store.
