The nails they put on were too big for her fingers, he never asked what length and just cut them , too short. They switched her color and didn’t do the accent nail even though we had the polish picked for it. He used the buffer and scratched off her polish on her ring fingers and hastily added a silver coat of regular polish that ended up being lumpy and sloppy. The rest of her polish was sloppy too, missed spots. Just a horrible experience. Had them removed the next morning at another salon and got a perfect set of nails. Worst pedicure I have ever gotten. I came for a mani pedi and didn’t do the mani because of how bad the pedicure was. He cut my skin in several spots and my toes were burning the rest of the pedicure. I wanted them square and he made each nail a different round shape. And left nail polish on the sides of the nails. Do not go here! I went back to the salon right after the pedicure and told the manager KIM that I need a refund because my toes looked horrible and are literally burning and her response was: “just a little pain and you want your money back?” And she refused to refund me. I have never been in pain after a pedicure but I guess it has to be severe pain for Kim to do anything about it. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.Service: Pedicure

My manicure was done well, and my nails were buffed to a shine. This place is clean, too—you don't have to worry about getting your hands dirty with tools or chemicals. They also have a few different types of nail polish available, so if you don't want something like pink or red, but something else entirely like black, you can get it here!

Absolutely terrible. Asked for short almond they cut them short and said "no we do square". Asked for them to be round instead, then she cut them AGAIN! Once it finally done they were unevenly sized and shaped. Asked for a refund and naturally the manager, Kim, got an attitude, trying to tell me that I never asked for anything different. The removal process was painful and absolutely wrecked my skin and nails. If I could give negative stars I would.
