My bf and I got a couples mani pedi. We went on Tuesday to get our nails done and eye brows for our 5th anniversary and We paid 150 +30 tip. We wanted a simple gel polish and the service was nice. Massage chairs were cool the whole pedi and my feet got a 1-2 min massage. They did his nails and laughed… honestly don’t know what they said but they could have been making fun. Which is rude but we didn’t care my bf is comfortable with his masculinity and did this to humor me the experience wasn’t bad, but by Friday it was already starting to show air pockets and to my knowledge gels should last at least 3 weeks. The pictures where it’s chipped are from yesterday Sunday. Tomorrow will be a week of having these nails. I’m giving a 3 because the service was decent and the price was cheaper than our usual spot. We didn’t go because the lady who does my acrylics wasn’t available. Also, the lady that did our designs was able to give us exactly what we wanted. They do not last though. I do want to go again and see if possibly it was the polish that needed replacing. I’m not sure but I’d hate to give a 1 star for a place I’ve visited once. Hopefully our second trip is a better experience.
I came here on a Tuesday around 10AM with no appointment. I was greeted and seated as soon as the other employees got there. I got a gel pedicure and gel acrylic fill. I was charged $72. They have so many colors. My nails look so pretty. I love it!
They shorted me $10 in change and that was very disappointing and dishonest of them. Contacted them DM on their Instagram page and never received a response. The work on nails was ok.
I like that they do a good job and customer service is good. When it comes to Booking appointments here they are not the best to staying on time all the time. I’ve had to cancel my pedicure because they just took too long even with appointment. And with no appointments you will really wait long depending on the day. Over all I recommend if you are not in a hurry because the job gets done right.

I've been coming here for over ten years because I won't let anyone but Tracy to do my eyebrows, now if they only had a better system for the appointments, that would be great.
I was a walk-in, in a hurry. The man in the front was polite and did my nails. I loved it. They are always busy, I figured I got lucky and an appointment would have been a good idea.
I absolutely love my nails!! Tracy you are the best. I have been coming to Beauty Nail for a few months now and Tracy always does such a beautiful job. Make sure to book an appointment before coming because they are always busy but trust me they are worth the wait.
If I could rate this place ZERO stars I would. I made an appointment for my Mom and I on Monday for Thursday for 1 manicure and 2 pedicures. We arrived 15 minutes early. The place was overcrowded. For health and safety reasons they should not have have more than 5 people inside. There were close to 20 people inside when we got there and 3 people outside. There was no social distancing between staff and/or customers. No protective shields between spa chairs. And there were no chairs for any waiting customers. We had to wait outside, standing up in the sun. The worst part is We waited 45 minutes with appointments until we got tired of waiting and finally left. If you do plan on going here don't bother making appointments and good luck. They don't disinfect at all between customers. I know others have had a good experience at this place but my Mom and I agree that it was the worst for us. Staff was very unprofessional.
This is by far the best and only place I have ever been at that my gel manicure actually stays looking fresh and beautiful for over 4 weeks. They make sure it doesn't stay on my skin around my nail and they have such a large variety of colors I LOVE IT. The customer service is also helpful and polite. The one thing that was a downside was that on Fridays it can get very packed, so make appointments on those days if you don't want to be waiting in a long line!!!
