Traveled across the country for a vacation of adventure exploring Montana, Idaho and Wyoming. First stop was Jackson Hole. First store, Beaver Creek Hats and Leather. My wife and I were immediately greeted by the owner and his wife. A great and long conversation started as we were made to feel right at home. As I’ve always wanted a nice western hat, there were literally thousands to chose from and the time sped away listening to their families story and history of them landing there. When I finally chose the style hat John trimmed, shaped and fitted it to fit me perfectly. Never thought I would spent so much on a hat, but it really wasn’t about just the hat. Connie and my wife continued talking and John introduced me to his son who was working in the back of the store. The entire experience set the tone for our trip. Love the hat and wear it every chance I get, love the memories made that day with John and Connie. Thank you from a couple of folks from New Hampshire. Can’t wait to go back.

Great local place! We bought a pair of boots for my wife. Owner couldn’t have been nicer. True genuine trades man. Making furniture and leather goods. This is one of the last good places in Jackson.

Service was awful. Everyone was rude. I felt bad for the employees. They did their best to be helpful, but it seemed that that there is no hope for the establishment because whoever was in charge ruined my day. Plenty of places to buy some cool stuff. Do not go here.

Excited to come here as I have been told by many friends that this was the place to come for custom leather, however when I arrived, I was barely greeted by their employees who seemed disheartened and disappointed. My experience was below sub par and I believe the root of this problem lies with the managers who were rude to the employees while I was there.

Would not recommend. I love a place that has great management that will lead you in the right direction when you are looking for a product. This place is not that at all. Rude manager that didn’t help at all and even acted like I was a burden while he was just sitting there on the computer. Never going back and definitely making sure none of my friends go.

This is by far one of the worst stores I have ever been to. When I walked in no one came to my service and I was ignored when I asked questions. It’s not that hard to keep your employees in check, and it is embarrassing how poorly managed this company is. You need to make a lot of changes. Rediculous.

Always stop by when visiting Jackson and add to my hat collection. The staff are always nice and they have a good selection of products. No better way to fit in than wearing a nice cowboy style hat! Prices have always been reasonable, let alone for Jackson.

Great selection and so helpful. They helped me and my wife both find new hats when we didn’t even know what styles we were looking for in the beginning. We ended up finding hats we liked and we’re able to customize the bands and have our initials branded in them. Would recommend this place everytime!

Place has horrible service. The employees were extremely unhelpful and rude. One employee straight up refused to help me. Couldn’t pay me to go back again. If you were thinking about shopping here look elsewhere.
