Huge bowling alley with 64 lanes, bar, pizzeria, party room that accommodates 100 people. Totally updated lanes, bright and clean restrooms, and pool tables.
We purchased the "Family fun pass" which includes a pizza with bowling. We have been to this alley many times before and have always raved about the food. This evening was a let down. After 40 minutes of waiting, with a fairly light crowd, our pizza had not been delivered. Husband went to check on it to find out they had put the wrong lane # on the ticket. Our pizza had been delivered to lane 55 and we were lane 13. Instead of asking the front desk which lane the pizza was supposed to be for, the kitchen staff simply 'put it back' and didn't bother. Then they actually served the cold pizza to us when we showed up to ask where our pizza was!! We kindly asked for it to be remade. Additionally, no napkins or plates were brought to us. Next time, we won't bother with food. Go next door to Marion's for pizza!
We reserved lanes so we didn't hsve to wait, we got there around 5:30PM and it wasnt that busy, but it got busier. We ordered a pizza, and this is why I gave it 4 stars. The cheese didn't seem cooked and it kept coming off the pizza. It was 40 dollars and not worth the price. Overall, bowling was fun and nice surroundings.
It’s cool that you guys have some sort of lottery but when I have kids included one that is disabled and can’t even find a parking spot at Kroger due to people tailgating for your event. I get it that you have to be present to win the full prize but it’s causing a inconvenience for everyone who doesn’t gamble.
Got there at 8:45, was told to wait until 9. Went back at 9 and the first comment from manager Brian was “you guys are not here to bowl are you?” We took it as a joke then we’re told we can’t bowl when they close an hour later. He then asked if I was staring him down when I asked what his name was. Was told not to come back. All around worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I don’t leave many reviews but this was pretty new to me how bad this was.
Birthday party is pricey for what you receive. No party table set up, no party plates, just white plates and napkins. They forgot the bowling pin and coupon and do not respond to email. Staff was nice, pizza was ok. Pop was very flat. Birthday party not worth the price.
Was here for the youth state Pepsi tournament. 64 lanes that worked well. Place was clean and the staff friendly. Shout out to the nice Pro Shop technician who fixed my granddaughters thumbhole so she could finish her set.
We had a blast here this evening the pizza was great and so was all the staff!! We will definitely be coming back. My daughter had her 5th birthday party here and it was worth every penny spent and it was not bad either.
Always nice to visit a well ran, well maintained bowling center. Making the trip from Oregon for the High School National Bowling Championship it was a pleasant experience being at Beaver-Vu Bowl.
This bowling alley was okay. We got a lane right away, that’s fine. I took my daughter and her friend on a Saturday afternoon. It was very busy. No issues with that, just thought it must be popular. We did the 1 hour of bowling. Took us a long time to find the right bowling balls. I finally had to get the kids the bowling balls from the front desk that were a size 6 because they do not have 7 pound balls. I finally found a ball for me and it was bad actually. The shell moved around when you put your fingers in it. I went to ask the front desk how to do bumpers for the two 11 year olds. I was told they only let people have bumpers for kids 9 years and under. This shocked me! I have never been anywhere that has said that. Basically the kids had a very bad time after that and just wanted to leave. We left 25 minutes on the clock and basically had to force them to just play one game since I paid for it. The food was okay. I got a small pizza that was good. The kids got chicken strips and fries. The chicken strips looked very strange. Just not right. The girls said they were terrible and so are the fries. They were mostly cold not cooked all the way through. I really wanted this place to be awesome but it was not. The staff was nice and that’s about it. I will stick to the base bowling alley that lets any player have bumpers from their computer system you control. Food is good quality and cheap. If we bowl on Sunday I would prefer round one. Since the base is closed on Sunday and Monday.
