Beaverton City Library is one of the busiest library facilities in the state of Oregon. Each year, our patrons check out over 2.7 million items.
Beaverton City Library serves more than 780,000 patrons a year at its main location and Murray Scholls branch. Each day, the library strives to improve the lives of children and families throughout the city by offering targeted services and unique programs that cover a wide range of topics. Last year, the library received a 92 percent approval rating from Beaverton residents. Funding from the Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS) library levy renewal has played a key role in allowing Beaverton City Library and all Washington County libraries to help the community to learn and grow together.
