My experience was very peaceful, I would greatly recommend Beck Memorial Home. For taking the time to help you deal with your grief you are experiencing. There very helpful with obituaries. Anything that you request there very professional. I did not expect a call from after my mother celebration of life. There very professional and think about you and your families grief. when it was time to pick out my mother's urn I was uneasy they assured me that l could choose one there or else where. I went in the room and went right to the urn with flowers and the humming bird. Kevin is a very special person his job is God sent.
I was originally drawn to Beck Memorial Home in my online search for 'basic' cremation services in Bloomington/Normal in alignment with my Dad's wishes. I appreciated that the services and costs were shared online for me to see without having to call initially for that basic info. In our meeting with Ken, he was extremely professional and kind and explained every step, option, and form clearly and thoroughly. We so appreciated the much lower costs as compared with other homes for the services received. We received the cremains, death certificates, and veteran's flag within the week. Elizabeth followed up with us to just to see how we were doing a few weeks later. I would highly recommend Beck Memorial Home to anyone in this area. Interacting with the team there was a blessing in the midst of a very difficult time.
My dad passed away on March 1st at Carle Bromenn in Bloomington. Beck Memorial Home helped us accommodate my fathers last wishes. They were easy to work with and kept me informed throughout the process. They made an upsetting, stressful situation a little easier to deal with. I highly recommend them.
