Our beautiful new brown leather couch and white leather recliner were delivered and they are perfect for our space! Our sales associate, Debra Backer, was pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and so patient with us as we made our decision. There were so many quality couches—it was not an easy decision! Her recommendations were spot on!
We have been a longstanding customer of Becker furniture. Their pieces of furniture that we have purchased have held up well. We just purchased a new sofa and chair. Kristen, at the Maple Grove store, was excellent. She took my descriptions of what we were specifically looking for and perfectly narrowed down our choices. She helped with fabric choices, pricing, and ideas without being at all pushy. She then gave us lots of space to talk about about it privately. We went to many other furniture stores that day to comparison shop and then came back the next day to complete our purchase at Becker with Kristen. It was a stress-free process. We look forward to getting our new sofa and chair!
We went in with a general idea for couch and coffee table. Jessica welcomed us immediately and was able to very professionally tune our ideas into reality! We had excellent service from Debra Backer. She is very knowledgeable, and patient, answering all of our questions. We are very excited about our patio set that is a lovely addition to our home, thank you again Debra for all of your time, so grateful to you!
Jessica did a wonderful job of explaining our options and helping us choose the beds that are perfect for us. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. It was a great experience!
Great service by Sandra, she greeted us just as we entered the store. She listened to what we were looking for and assisted us in looking. She showed us how we could customize the table and chairs we wanted. Sent us home with color samples to make sure we everything worked perfectly.
Our mattress specialist Earl was very funny and engaging. He even got our 16 year old son to smile! He was very nice and kept us very entertained as we shopped.
We were looking for a table and lamp to go with our recliners, Kristin met us at the door and asked if she could help. We told her what we wanted and she guided us to several displays and we did find exactly what we wanted. She was very helpful , pleasant, and went above and beyond to get us satisfied.
Room consultant Giles Courtney was helpful in showing us bedroom/living room furniture. He was very detailed in describing the various items. After approximately a hour and a half we purchased a bed. Satisfied with the kindness given, would return to look at other furniture.
