I ordered a bedroom set and the color is not even close to the color of the sample or the picture they provided at the store. I spoke with several members of the Becker staff and basically they say there is nothing they can do because the manufacturer states it is the correct color. As you can see from the pictures, they are not the same, but expect me to pay for something that is wrong. They claim the pictures in the brochures normally never match. I finally got a rep from the manufacturer to come out to my home to compare with the store sample and they tried to tell me I needed to accept it because they aren't responsible for how the color and the wood looks. Please look at pictures and judge for yourself, but please be careful in ordering from Becker as they do not back their product.
The in-home consultation made all the difference. Recommendations were spot on. Staff team was top notch. They made it so easy. Wish I had gone to them months ago instead of wandering around other stores afraid to make decisions.
Very fast service, and extremely efficient and friendly salesman, Todd. We found exactly what we were looking for. We were in and out to enjoy the nice day in no time at all knowing our new recliner would be delivered as soon as it shipped.
I shopped in your store before and it was always a positive experience. This time was on a larger scale and the experience was even better! Ķyle was extremely helpful and very professional! My decorator and he worked extremely well together to find the exact look I wanted! We will be back

Our shopping experience was outstanding! We took our time evaluating the multiple selections they offered and we were not rushed into “making a sale”. Gus thoroughly explained the details of our furniture and mattresses and was extremely patient with us. Would definitely recommend this store.

I was tracking down last end table in entire collection of Becker stores. Everyone I spoke to was very responsive and helpful. They kept their word and helped make a success story! Kyle at the store in Becker was final hero! He found the piece; wrote up the order and had it transferred to location closest to me. Arrived almost next day! Very impressed. Hard to find this kind of service-attitude these days. Becker does a consistent job in hiring and training their team.
