They were great Eager to help pickout style and length and color to suite your needs . Tryed different colors thought you wanted got down to ones really looked good on you. Didn't have color and length they were more than happy to order for you Pickup or have it directly to your door . They were great they helped you. Reommend them to anyone . They were great and professional and great work with you.

I went to Becky’s September 13th, 2022. My husband and daughter came with me due to me being in a wheelchair. I have brain tumors which could not be removed. After 36 radiation treatments my hair fell out and will never grow back. I was very depressed and ordered a couple of wigs online. The wigs came in but never looked liked the pictures. I decided to look for wig shops that I could actually see how the wig would look on me. The closest one to me was Becky’s which was one and half hours from our area. I’m glad we went. We were greeted at the door with a smile. The saleswoman took her time with me. She asked what style and color I was interested in. Within a minute or two she brought wigs for me to try on. After being there an hour or so I narrowed it down to three wigs. It was hard to choose just one. I ended up buying all three If you need a wig, I highly recommend Becky’s Wigs & Mastectomy Shop!

The ladies at this shop took excellent care of my mom and I when we went to shop for wigs for her. They were so patient and kind, allowing her to try on several wigs and find a good fit. You could tell they truly care and enjoy what they do. They also spent a lot of time educating us on the care of the wigs.

Amazing selection of wigs and wraps and caps! So much to look at, the employees were SO helpful and really encouraged you to try everything on!!! Great experience for my mom who is dealing with chemo and all the side effects that come with it. Thank you!!!!!!!

Great experience. The two ladies working there were more than helpful. They were polite and very respectful of your needs. They asked my original hairstyle and color and within a few minutes brought out different choices to choose from. I highly recommend this shop. I will shop there again. Thank you ladies!

They have their own way of doing things but just be open & honest about what you want and they will make it happen.. Love my new Raquel Welch wig....

I should have left this early, almost 3 years ago I was wig shopping for my upcoming Chemo treatments. The gal who took care of me was awesome. We must have tried 30 wigs, and she never once lost patience with me. She gave me an honest opinion and advise me on pr what would look best during and post treatment...

My mother and I came because our doctor recommended this place. We purchased a wig for about $600 and they said if we weren’t please with it that we could come back to exchange it. Little did we know that they just wanted to scam us to buy their wigs. When we came back to exchange for longer hair, they denied and said that we were not allowed. As we left, they started laughing about the whole situation. With that horrible customer service and no consideration for current cancer patient, we are not recommending this place to anyone. They are disrespectful and ill-mannered.

Today was my first wig experience. I received excellent service in this store. I am starting chemo in a week. They spent a long time educating me and did not lose patience with me even though I vacillated between long and short, brown and blonde hair. The only thing that bothered me was that the wig I selected seemed to go up in price by about $100--at least--when I was at the register, but I was down to the wire with working during the week and my chemo starting so I went ahead with the deal, though I was a bit sticker shocked. The two employees have to devote a lot of 1:1 attention to the people who come in--most of them cancer patients--because wigs must be placed on you; they did spend a LOT of time putting wigs on me and putting them away. I can see where they get stressed if too many customers show up at once. Great selection of wigs and accessories.

My wife started chemo two weeks ago, and today her hair was coming out in clumps. We went to Becky's Wig shop, and we couldn't have received better treatment. The woman who took care of us clipped Judy's hair and fitted her with a great wig, all the time giving her the kind of encouragement that she needed. I was impressed, and so was Judy, who said when we left, "I don't think I could've had a better experience."
