Luke had amazing patience as we navigated all my questions about my account. He had thoughtful questions about what I was trying to accomplish and helped me understand my options. Overall a great experience.
Very friendly staff at this location. Great service overall, and the ATM machines have access after hours. There is plenty of parking in the parking lot both during the day, and especially at night. I took photos at night just to show you how well lit the area is. Police officers are constantly patrolling the parking lot at night, so the area feels safe overall.
I have never seen such an inefficient operation. People standing, and sitting all over and staff talking an incredibly long time to help people. If a location is this busy get a bigger bank. Also maybe when busy have staff cut the small talk and just help people quickly. Long conversations about life are not needed when there are lines of people..
Luke was awesome and helped me with an emergency that required a personal loan asap. He was sympathetic to my situation, explained the process multiple times when asked, and everything was done as fast as he could.
I was told I had to put my check through the atm I asked if I needed to sign the check she said no I didn't have to. They released some of my funds but not much enough to pay a bill. I went to go buy groceries and when I got to the register to pay it declined my card I called the bank and they said when I got to the register to pay it decîlined my card I called them they told me to call back today I did and they said because I didn't sign the back of the check they wouldn't release my funds until next week. Because of that lady I can't buy food for my family and I don't know what to do. I feel I made a big mistake by coming to this bank
5 stars??? No, actually, this is 10-star review for this BECU's young banker named Silas!!! My wife and I have just received 10-star service from him during my 4 p.m. appointment today, and we felt his superiors should know what an asset they have in this branch!!! The whole time, my wife and I were throwing him all kinds of questions and requests, and he remained perfectly well-balanced in friendliness, courteousness, skills, abilities, and professionalism. We are totally impressed, and BECU at Hawks Prairie is very lucky to have him!!! , Silas !
Well-staffed branch with helpful and friendly staff. First time in the branch and would recommend
I just bought a car and BECU was able to give me an amazing rate, even comparing with my regular bank. I came in and made a walk-in appointment to get my account set up fully to make payments, and Angela was amazing! She was very thorough and answered all of my questions. She gave me all of my options on how to set up auto pay as well. She also got my fiancés truck refinanced on the spot for a better rate. Super awesome first experience working with BECU!
I talked to someone today here and they were determined to help me. She took a good chunk out of her time to go above and beyond and I'm thankful for that.
Great service at this branch. Steve, the branch manager is really knowledgeable, patient, and friendly that helped us with what we needed. He even stayed 30 minutes overtime after they closed to help us complete everything. I recommend making an appointment if you're using this branch rather than just walk in because they are really busy. They are always packed every time when I go there.
