Wonderful shopping experience ask for Patricia she is so helpful and have a nice smile
I been using this store since 2017 and first time I had bad experience here with staff or manager. She was rude to my kids and asked me to leave the store. Manager and employees here should know how to talk with customers.
The sales are okay nothing great. There are lots of stuff in the warehouse, be cautious of expiry date on food items. If you are looking for some basic colors for bedding or for other parts of your house then sure, you might find something. Rugs are decent and they have a okay collection. Staff seemed friendly.
Been going to this place for years, always clutch for bedding and house stuff. Usually one of nust visit stops after a move to get things set up. This place also has a pretty decent selection of rugs. Not the greatest quality but they will get the job done. If you are buying anything edible here I highly suggest double checking the expiration dates. There is free parking also.
Amazing place and the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. The staff including the manager are very helpful and friendly. Will visit again soon!
Very rude cashier lady, high prices, nothing special in this wherehouse, and moreover no exchange or retuern policy, even if you discovered after 5 minuts that you bought the wrong size, the cashier lady is too rude, she will tell you it is a final sale
Been shopping at this place for years. Loyal costumer. Accidentally broke a pot when moving a bean bag chair. Apologized and told a employee about it and had it cleaned up. Got to the cash and the lady said how about the thing you broke? Had to pay for it. I don't I'll ever come to this place again.
I like shopping at this warehouse you can get a good deal sometimes but I have to say the customer service is bad. I always leave the warehouse thinking to myself that I will never go there again. The cashier reps are so disrespectful. I can't believe in this day and age that a business thinks it is ok to be rude to their customers.
Awesome shopping experience always! Staff and management are incredible, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Great deals and bargains for the quality of products. Huge selection of warehouse and liquidation items. Check them out for yourself, worth the gander.
This place often has great deals. Rug prices are very cheap for what you get and the quality is excellent. We have purchased rugs and bedding here, as well as other things over the years and the quality has always been good and everything has lasted quite well. People giving this place a bad review don't know what there talking about. It's a warehouse. They buy excess stock or whatever and resell, passing the savings on to the customer. Like anything you need to be educated and know what your buying and the price compared elsewhere. If you want high end and excellent customer service, you don't go to a warehouse. That said, we have never had any issues and the staff has always been helpful. I don't often write reviews, but this place doesn't deserve, some of the bad ones it's getting.
